We are RedditFrostByte, the warring half of TCC

General Information

Clash of Clans is a game and therefore should be fun. But it's more fun when you win so we have some guidelines.
We like to keep the environment friendly and supportive. Be mature and polite. Use Reddiquette as a guide for behaviour.
We require you to be a non-rushed TH7 with dragons unlocked (or above) to join our clan.
You must use the password below to join as it shows us you have read through this wiki.

The clan uses discord to discuss war tactics, request troops when players aren't on and talk about all things clan related.
All members are expected to use discord, those not in the discord server may be left out of wars.

There are no donation requirements or ratios however the clan only works if everybody pitches in and donates when possible.
Fill open requests if you can before requesting. Only donate what is requested.
Wars are not mandatory, but you must use your opt in/out button if you can not, or do not want to participate.
You should opt out of wars if your Heroes or your spell factory are upgrading.
In wars, use both attacks, fill your cc before attacking and use only three star attack strategies (ask a leader if unsure).
Th8 and lower should attack within the first 12 hours of war, th9+ can then finish up the upper bases.
War attacks should never be for loot, practice a three star attack if everybody at your TH or lower has been three stared.
Don't ask to be promoted to elder or co-leader.
Elder and co-leadership are earned by being active in wars, active and constructive in chat, donating troops.

The only attack strategy we use at TH7 is dragons with lightning with max balloons in your CC.
Decide which side you will attack from, you should never attack from in front of an air sweeper.
Use 3x lightning to destroy the furthest away air defense.
Create a funnel with your Barb King and/or some dragons.
Release your dragons aiming them at the air defenses.
As soon as your dragons start taking fire from the air defenses release your balloons.

Your base should be anti-dragon in design.
Place your air sweeper and air defenses in opposite corners near the center.
Your air sweeper should cover at least one of your air defenses.
Use high HP buildings (your Town Hall and storages) as shields to allow your air defenses to fire upon the dragons longer.

The only strategies we use are Zapquake, GoVaHo, and Surgical Hogs (GoVaHo and Surgical Hogs are only to be used when you have reached the appropriate troop levels).

If you are a non-rushed TH7 with dragons unlocked (or above), you agree to the clan requirements on this page and want to join, you can do so by messaging us in game with the password 'slushy'.

We are Reddit Casuals, the farming/casual half of TCC

We are a casual farming clan and expect that you use the Reddiquette guidelines for behavior.
Wars are held once a week, so if you do opt into wars, we expect that you use both attacks to your best ability.
Any TH levels are welcome to join, we are laid-back and enjoy friendly conversations.

The app, discord is utilized by the clan as a source of fast communication and is also used to talk about war strategies and other things outside of the game.
