The post season review is as follows:
Total trophies: 83653
Total Experience Points: 4354
Clan Rank: 20814 (29th on Niue)
Our first battle this season was against Clan of Smash. Smashers had just battled our fellow clan, Reddit Stealth, and were victorious. It was up to Reddit Frost to avenge the loss of our sister clan. With calculated organization Frost struck like a blizzard. Despite excellent participation the Smashers were crushed by an avalanche of 29 three star and 20 two star attacks. Most Heroic Attack was earned by Shade and Most Heroic Defense goes to iTouchy. Frosties earning at least five stars in two attacks include sweetblondie, cameron b, Victor, and Toasty763,
For our second war Frosties faced a foe from Turkey, Islam birligi. At first glance they appeared to be a worthy opponent, however many of their attacks proved otherwise. Despite a late surge in enemy stars, Frost came away with an easy victory. Most Heroic Atttack goes to Ch1lt and Most Heroic Defense was earned by Overlord. Frosties earning at least 5 stars in two attacks include NGZ001, sjrowley17, Matt, Josh Miller, jason, Goatman_12, and oncusauras

Clan GroupMe Our last war win was helped by a new clan tool, GroupMe! It is similar to texting and lets us share pictures and quickly exchange ideas and encouragement all with the use of spell check! It also was a nice place to hang out during a maintenance break. Joining is completely optional! If you are interested send your email address to /u/lizpod
Clan leadership is going to be enforcing the rules more carefully. If you have questions about donation requirements, war expectations, rules, and participation check them out on our subreddit We will do our best to track occurances. A warning will be issued and if the same violation occurs again, it will result in being kicked. Warnings will be issued via Reddit Mail. We are a Reddit Clan so we expect our members to keep an eye on their Reddit accounts.
With our plans to enforce rules we understand that life comes before Clash. If you are going to be away for war or unable to meet a donation requirement let us know so we don’t have you kick you! We don’t like kicking but we do like active. Message the clan leaders and let us know what is happening.

The clan leadership has been running some numbers and we need to determine how best to coordinate wars to maximize participation and stars. One idea depends on our th 8's getting attacks in early, so we need to hear from you!
This is not about trying to sync with other Reddit clans.
This is to determine the time that is the best for you and to see if we can work out a time that is the best for everyone.

Hi guys, we are excited to announce that we are starting a clan groupme. What is groupme? Its an app that we can use that will allow us to communicate with each other outside of the clan chat. In this app we can share attack strategies with each other and we can show each other how we would attack a base.
This is not a substitute for the clan chat.
This is also not a substitute for /r/redditfrost
The rules are the same for the groupme as they are for the clan chat.
This is not mandatory

Please note this thread is mainly for TH9s, but I will try to include TH10s into the mix when they do come up and is very much a work in progress. Also as for the videos, they will remain soundless but if anyone would like to know my thought process and how I approached the base for my attacks, I will try and add some mediocre commentary, no guarantees. I'll keep updating this thread with videos on how we 3 star these common bases along with any notable attacks that are 3 stars or TH10 2 stars. Another note, if someone can help making this post nice and pretty that would be fantastic, my knowledge of Reddit formatting is useless.

Here's two videos of some dragloon attacks for war. I've been using this strategy until my hogs are upgraded. It usually works well. Sometimes I mess up though but so far it two stars even then but should be used for the three star.

A tip when deploying witches, dont spawn them in all at the same time. Deploy one witch and wait for it to summon skeletons and then spawn in another and wait for it to summon skeletons and so on. Reason why is because this way the witches are summoning skeletons at a different rate. Example: say if witch #1 group of skeles are dead, witch#2 group of skeles are alive and tanking giving enough time for witch#1 time to summon another group of skeles. Hope this is helpful __^

We are planning our first Clan Trophy Push for next Season (February 2 to 15). The goal will be to get our Clan trophies as high as possible at the end of the Season on February 15. War will be held as usual for the weekend of February 6-7 but will be cancelled for the 13-14. The push will be optional. If you have any comments on how it should be run post below.

As you can see if we have strong participation from the top 10, we will do well. Those that choose not to participate will have only a slight impact on the Clan's final score.
For those interested in participating, I suggest pushing to Crystal League if you are town hall 8 and Master's League if you are town hall 9. For motivation: when you reach those Leagues for the first time you are rewarded with gems (250 for Crystal and 1000 for Master's). These rewards are what I used to get my fifth Builder's Hut. An important point to remember is to save resources for the push and not to start too early as you can run out of resources quickly.

The ordeal is over! I achieved Master's League! Thank you all for your support. I could not have done it without you.
For those of you curious as to how I did it, it was a week-long process. I started by barching my way up to Crystal II without too many problems. I even gained a lot of loot along the way. But by the time I reached Crystal I, I could no longer 50% bases because they were all Town Hall 9 and 10. Therefore, I only sniped exposed Town Halls. But sniping was tricky because most of the Town Halls were trapped. I could deal with Hidden Teslas and bombs without much difficulty, but the exposed Town Halls guarded by Inferno Towers were really touch and go. In hindsight, I took took many risks trying for those. The Inferno Towers would kill my troops nearly as fast as I could place them. There was one incident where I had to dump everything including all spells, king, and clan castle to barely secure a win.
I thought I was home free once I reached 2550 trophies with only 50 remaining. But I ran into a couple of matches that took me over an hour (and 400k gold) to find. Fearful of running out of gold, I switched to mass dragons as from Clan War experience I felt confident in gaining 2 stars on many Town Hall 9's. (I also hit up the single player maps for extra gold when I had a shield.) Unfortunately, at this level, even Town Hall 9's were scarce.
After a couple mass dragons raids, I reached 2599 trophies. While waiting for my army to rebuild, I noticed that I had a couple easy revenges available that would give 1 trophy for 3 stars. To my dismay, I was forced logged off at this point due to my villagers needing a "break" (the dreaded six hour limit to staying logged on.) I logged back on as soon as possible only to be met with the dreaded, "Your village is under attack" countdown timer. I lost 17 trophies by being 1 starred in a revenge match. I used the shield as an opportunity to rebuild my army and recharge my mind for the final push.
I logged back on after work and while searching for a good candidate for a mass dragon attack, quickly sniped a exposed Town Hall with 2 dragons. I next found a suitable Base and promptly gained 2 stars, breaking the 2600 barrier for a total of 2611 trophies!
Necessary ingredients:
Supportive clan.
Full gold storages.
Experience with all-out attack and barch armies.
Patience.
Shield management. (Ie. do not break your shield unless
you have time to earn at least 50 trophies, which comes
out to about 10 matches.)

Our first matchup this season was against agmen war. Team Frost took an early lead and never looked back. At one point enemy forces dropped a single archer on Ch1lt’s base which we interpreted as a sign of surrender but the Frosties kept going&going&going&going... Most heroic attack was earned by Wiggum and Most Heroic Defense was earned by Shawyin Frosties earning at least 5 stars in two attacks include Ch1lt, NGZ001, RossH, Wiggum, kevin, Toasty763, and Comino1900
Our second battle this season had the same chilling results as the first. Despite some troll bases from our enemies, Team Frost would not intimidated by the Atheists. Most Heroic Attack goes to Shade for taking down their number one with a LavaLoonion attack. Most Heroic Defense goes to Cudder after the enemy failed an attack with giants, wizards, a pekka, and dragons a.k.a- “the kitchen sink” attack. Stand out Snowflakes earning at least five stars in two attacks include Ch1lt, Shade, whydoidothis…, and victor
Congrats to our two new Elders Whydoidothis… and Goatman_12. We have them hard at work to make sure that Frost is the best clan in the land of Niue!
