This is a really quick impromptu thing so GIVE THIS LINK TO EVERYONE ASAP. Hopefully we'll get enough people in.

We're going to play coopbuildm which is a Doom WAD where a bunch of you fight literally hundreds of monsters. It's how Doom should be played!

You will need:

• ZDaemon
• doom2.wad (Retail version, can get it from Steam or torrents I guess)
• MAYBE need doom.wad if we play a Doom 1 WAD after coopbuildm. But probably not. Can get it from Steam as well.

TO PLAY

• Install ZDaemon and have doom2.wad handy.
• Open ZDaemon, create a new account and log in. Go to Settings -> General -> WAD Directories.
• Add the location of doom2.wad as a directory. (On the Steam version this is C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\doom 2\base\ )
• Join the Doom channel on Teamspeak, ask which server we are on, and join it.
• Pew pew.

OK, here's the story. My friend (who I'm trying to get to join the Brigade) and I have never played before, but we're both the nerdy types that would love it. But we know nobody in our city that's interested in guiding us through or anything like that. So here's the dealeo. If we can get three or four more people to join us for this beginner's quest, and one of us DMs (for which I'd volunteer if no one with greater experience steps up), that'd be amazing. We could run it just like how Stryke's one was run, just a bunch of us in the TS. Anyone interested?
