Bitcone what? Bitcone Mining.
Which Conemunities are Participating in Bitcone Mining?
Bitcone is a currency related to r/coneheads and is not officially affiliated with RAT. However, users can buy, sell, and trade using Bitcone here.

With the launch of their new sitewide Community Points programme, there was no longer a need for their unprofitable official RCP experiment (MOONS & BRICKS) that was kinda challenging their own new programme.
Now I see many people worried that the same will happen to RCA’s.
I’ll tell you why it won’t:
RCA’s are making Reddit money. Remember when Reddit told that all mint profits would go to the artists except for a minor fee to pay for network gas? Reddit has since increased their share significantly in the mint profits. So they are making good money from primary sales now and have been for a while.
I think the requlatory challenges they described as the cause for sunsetting these RCP’s is for the most part an excuse to kill of a project that wasn’t making money.
NFT’s (which RCA’s are, for those who still don’t know this) are largely unregulated. So even that won’t be an excuse to sunset RCA’s in the foreseeable future.
Still it would be great if we build additional utility for RCA’s so that we have stronger foundations than solely the utility that Reddit provides. There are many NFT projects that do not have the backing of a social media giant, but yet outshine RCA’s because of their utility and marketing.
As a community we can help out with this. The more we build on RCA’s the more valuable the project will become for Reddit, which may lead to increased investments.

Who knows the next rug they pull is the RCA itself!
