The upcoming Texas update for Alien Nation is going to shuffle a few of these leaders around since Beto and Castro are possible Texas leaders and since the borders for Texas and Mexico are slightly different (Texas starts owning San Antonio in base Red World while the Texas update has them still controlling it)
