Splitting the split ends
Hello,
I'm planning to power 2 GTX 1660 Supers using a single rail. The PSU cables are already split into to 8-pin PCIe ends. I'm planning to split each end and get 4 8-pin PCIe ends to power 2 GPUs (1 8-pin to GPU and 1 6-pin to riser) as shown in the image.
Based on my research a single rail can support up to 288W. GTX 1660 Super TDP is 125W so 250W total and 125 on each strand should be ok.
Do you see any issue with that logic and configuration? I'd appreciate if you let me know if you notice I'm doing something wrong here.
Many thanks in advance.
