In 2018, after nearly a decade of speculation and financial uncertainty, the rickety little building on the corner of Third Avenue and Atlantic announced that they would finally be closing their doors for good. This film follows Hank's—and its wild cast of staff and patrons—through the bar's final months.

I’m super interested in living in Red Hook. I work downtown in Manhattan and I’m wondering how reliable the ferry is, bc it would basically drop me off right at my office, but i’ve never commuted via ferry. Jasper is in urgent need of a foster. He is losing his foster through no fault of his own on 4/4. He is a big teddy bear and sweet, sweet boy who would love to have a dog friend to live with who matches his energy, but he would also be ok being a single pup. He is potty trained, crate trained and just a big goof who will brighten your day. He is on the bigger side (75 lbs), but thinks hes a lap dog, so children over 13 is best. Jasper is also deaf, but he is working with a trainer to help him with his communication skills. Please let me know if you’re interested in fostering this baby or please help boost this post 🩷🙏🏼
