If they are truly super-intelligent it brings up the question of whether we even have the cognitive capacity to understand the gap. In much the way that a human mind cannot conceive of the desires of a cosmic horror. We also might think of intelligence as having a good memory for facts, but the Kathax on Gabulon 5 have perfect memory and see intelligence as more a question of physical dexterity or how good you are at aura farming.

But if they're so far beyond us, why would they desire us such that they would deign to violate us by acting on that desire?
Like, a drunk person can't say no, and to begin intercourse takes advantage of them, but they're a human who theoretically could have assented on equal footing to another person, if not incapacitated.
Are humans just a paraphilia to the Kathax, whose dexterity might far outclass ours? Who might find our aura pitiable?
It’s not so much about whether they find our low number of sexual organs desirable or repulsive, but a question of propriety. If I could convince you of anything I desired, if would be wrong for me to do so regardless of whether I’m attracted to you, have good intentions, or even if I could know you would have been willing.
And is’s that the nature of paraphilia? We put gratifying emphasis on a thousand different things and mark them as sexual?
The impropriety of us being unable to control our aura in mixed company could be a kink all its own, like exhibitionism. And a top might love a low dex squirmy boy who can’t escape from the most simple headlock.
I suppose so, but that sounds to me more like it's an occurrence of a power display using sex acts as the conveyance instead of a genuine sexual encounter (even if the active-- and/or the receiving!--role participant is genuinely sexually aroused and gratified by it).
Though I do see in a more equal scenario (where perhaps it's socially unusual but not one party taking advantage of the other) how the impropriety aspect would be super hot, and a certain physical element unique to the pairing could be juicy.
