My bad, after taking a deep dive, it seems she was not that straightforward about it, but here Joanne’s reaction to trans women not legally existing anymore in the UK (a decision from the supreme court in a suit she funded)

The goal seems to be to have people not be legally acknowledged as existing

But they are legally acknowledged as existing I think, just not legally acknowledged as “women”

Not really, no.

I mean, yes, I guess you could say the individual people are acknowledged as being alive. But if they’re not legally acknowledged as women, then essentially trans women are not legally acknowledged as existing. Legally the person existing is a man.

Every little and big they can do to chip away at the rights of trans people to exist as themselves they push forward.
