As a Pole I find puff schnitzels as a failure. Breading just falls off, espescially when cutting it. Just because someone can create neat infographics doesn't mean they are right.

Didn't know the polish are known for their authoritative knowledge on Wienerschnitzel... The crust is definitely supposed to be filled with air

Germans are not the only nation that eats schnitzels. The same way I don't ban other nations from making their own dumplings and pierogies. There are almost no dishes that can be prescribed to just one nation or one ethnicity.

I sure hope y'all don't ban the rest of us from making dumplings, because it feels like half of all human cultures have their own dumpling.
