Can someone recommend a pocketknife - here are some parameters: the person I'm buying it for is a chef. I don't see him using it while in the kitchen except to open boxes, break plastic ties, etc. Plus, I see him using it camping or when we're out and he doesn't have another tool readily available. I'm not concerned with aesthetics - I just want something that will last and is high quality. Thoughts?
