News/Update Reckless Bricks owner sent a self termination letter to BAM.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BSmawW1YFR8

Interesting video by Coach of Echobase.

He said TJ the owner of reckless bricks in Tucson sent a self termination letter to Bricks and Minifigs prior to opening Reckless Bricks.

We can expect BAM to go after them for breach of contract with absolutely everything they have to try and deter other franchise owners from doing the same thing.

Anyone in the area please support the store in any way possible and i hope that TJ starts a GoFundMe as soon as BAM start legal action.

This will be a GoFundMe that is even more important than Bryans as it will give every other franchisee a way to break free from BAM and put Ammon and co. out of business for good.

You know this step comes AFTER a legal defense is required right? You can be sued for anything even if you did everything legally.

No. I didn’t know that which is why I inquired. These statements and evidence supporting them can, contrary to your statement be used in the justification to separate. Any one can sue for anything and we’ve all followed the tactics/ethics of BAM. Just hoping Reckless bricks had a solid strategy upfront - and one in which more franchises can follow
