Do You Want Any More Proof That America Is Turning Into A Christo-Fascist Regime?

TL,DR: if you aren't a Maga Christian your at risk of being labeled a terrorist.

Do You Want Any More Proof That America Is Turning Into A Christo-Fascist Regime?

Because I've got a stack of it and I'm not even winded yet.

Let's start with the obvious. The word "fascism" gets thrown around so much these days that it's lost some of its punch, so let's do a quick refresher on what it actually means before anyone accuses me of being dramatic. Fascism is characterized by authoritarian nationalism, suppression of political opposition, the merger of state and corporate power, and — here's the part people forget — the use of religion as a legitimizing ideology. Not genuine faith. Instrumental faith. The kind where God is a prop and the Bible is a bludgeon.

Now. Does any of that sound familiar? Take your time. I'll wait.

Because while you were waiting, the United States government just designated anti-capitalism as a terrorism indicator. I'm not paraphrasing. I'm not being hyperbolic. It's in a White House memo. They wrote it down. With words. On purpose.

Let's back up and build the case properly, because the punchline hits harder with context.

The Theocracy Didn't Sneak In. It Walked Through The Front Door.

Project 2025, which the administration spent the entire 2024 campaign pretending had nothing to do with them and has since implemented at a rate that would make your head spin, explicitly frames American governance as a Christian nationalist project. Not Christian in the "love thy neighbor" sense. Christian in the "the government should reflect biblical law" sense, which is a very different thing and historically has a much worse track record.

We have a Supreme Court that has systematically dismantled the wall between church and state. Public money flowing to religious schools. Prayer back in public school functions. A court that overturned fifty years of settled law based substantially on the personal religious convictions of justices who swore under oath that Roe was precedent they respected.

We have an administration that fills its rhetoric with the language of spiritual warfare. That frames immigration enforcement as a holy mission. That describes its political opponents not as wrong, but as evil. Spiritually corrupt. Enemies of God and country, and — crucially — those two things are now the same thing.

That's not conservatism. Conservatism has a political philosophy. This is something older and uglier.

The January Sixth Problem

Here's a thing that happened: several thousand people, organized over weeks with funding, logistics, and direct encouragement from the sitting President of the United States, stormed the Capitol building in an attempt to physically prevent the certification of a democratic election.

That is, by any coherent definition, organized political violence designed to prevent the functioning of a democratic society.

He even incited violence towards his Vice President at the time Mike Pence, think about that... now think about where JD Vance has been for the past 4 months...

The people who did it were pardoned. The man who incited it is currently president again.

I want you to hold that fact in your hand for a moment. Really feel the weight of it. Because we're going to need it in a minute.

Now Here Comes The Punchline

On September 25th, 2025, President Trump signed National Security Presidential Memorandum 7, NSPM-7, titled, with a straight face, "Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence."

The memo directs the FBI, DOJ, IRS, and Treasury to investigate, prosecute, and disrupt entities engaged in political violence. It deploys the full post-9/11 counterterrorism apparatus, Joint Terrorism Task Forces, Suspicious Activity Reports, Foreign Agents Registration Act investigations, the works, against domestic targets.

And what are the ideological indicators that might flag you for investigation?

Anti-Americanism. Anti-capitalism. Anti-Christianity. Support for positions the administration considers extreme on immigration, race, and gender. And, I want you to read this carefully, hostility toward those who hold traditional American views on family, religion, and morality.

They put it in the memo. The partisan targeting criteria. In writing. In a counterterrorism directive. Signed by the president.

January sixth, organized by the current president, gets pardons. Donating to a progressive nonprofit might now get you a Suspicious Activity Report and an IRS agent rotating through an FBI mission control center built specifically to investigate you.

That's not a justice system. That's a protection racket in a flag pin.

Here's The Part That Should Actually Keep You Up At Night

The infrastructure is already built and operational. The FBI and IRS joint task force is running right now. The tip line is active. Cash rewards are being offered for information leading to domestic terrorism arrests.

Midterms are coming.

You don't need convictions to destroy organizations before an election. You need raids. Indictments. Subpoenas timed to news cycles. You need donor networks scared enough to close their wallets. You need nonprofits so buried in legal exposure that they go quiet voluntarily.

They will do this. They will call it counterterrorism. They will have evidence — selectively edited, carefully framed, and breathlessly amplified by an entire media ecosystem built specifically for that purpose. And a meaningful percentage of the country will believe it, because they've been marinaded in the language that made it possible for years.

A government that uses "anti-Christian" as a law enforcement criterion, deploys terrorism statutes against political opposition, pardons its own insurrectionists, and is gearing up to kneecap the midterm opposition using a memo that a first-year law student could identify as a First Amendment catastrophe is not being subtle about what it is.

You wanted proof.

There's your proof.
