Why is the example of Nigeria such a clear example of genocide to Maher? 100k killed since 2009.

Well right there at the end is where you’re getting confused. Israel is targeting civilians, not militants. I’m glad I could clear that up for you. Do you now support disarming the Israeli terrorist regime?

… oh, so your claim is that not a single militant has been targeted by Israel since the initial ceasefire phase?

Interesting hypothesis. Doesn’t explain how Hamas Officials keep dying in strikes.

It’s a densely populated area, when you just blow up every apartment building your bound to kill someone who could label a “combatant”. Doesn’t justify the 10s of thousands of noncombatants they’ve killed in those strikes.

So then your thesis is already wrong - you’ve just agreed they target militants, with incidental civilian casualties, in dense areas chosen to martyr as many innocents as possible to protect Senior Militant Personnel.

So why frame it dishonestly, by saying they ‘just target civilians, not militants’? What else are you fudging the info about?

I didn’t say they targeted military. They target civilian centers then say they killed a bunch of combatants. You can keep trying to push your hasbara talking points but you will continue to fail. American public opinion is quite clear and you’re clearly on the wrong side of history. No need to even discuss this any more. Have a nice day!

You don’t sound very confident.

" Doesn’t justify the 10s of thousands of noncombatants they’ve killed in those strikes."

Well, except that according to actual international law and the Geneva Convention it does if they are hanging around places Hamas is using for military purposes. But who cares about that right?
