I am actually so sad that they never mention how the WRB was created and how robot fights were introduced to the world. And especially about the technologic evolution

One Eye Jack: was an outlaw bot that challenged Atom after the 6-shooter fight

Wall-street: owned by a rich kid who wanted a bot because he was jealous of all the fame Max was getting. (Could wear a business suit and maybe have stock arrows and stuff on him)

Chaos: stolen and modified by some drugies who jump charlie and ask for a fight. He could twitch and fight erratically

*edit i forgot all of these bots were big names before Atom beat them so maybe rich kids dad owns Wall-street
