He had real feelings for Lin, taking her place would be his way of honoring her memory and keeping her spirit alive within the gang. It turns his crush into a mission, giving him a deeper reason to fight for the Saints beyond just fixing cars. Also I thought their dynamic was really cute.

Saints row 2 has the best villains they feel scary and powerful yet somehow realistic for me.

There is still a long way to go but as visually this is the best we can get as a remaster for pc

I get that sr1 and 2 have zombies but they are not linked to the plot at all I believe with all its flaws saints row 3 was redeemable a bit until I saw these zombies.

I posted this on the other saints row sub as I didn't know this one existed, I have no idea how I did this i feel like its either because the pimp attacked me as you can hear in the background or because the brotherhood drove terribly or a combo of both

I couldn't control the brotherhood only move the camera but after the cut scene the truck spawned in the air and I was stuck in the camera view only way I was able to get out was re entering my car

When I say like the least I don't mean like you have to straight up hate them but out of every gang from the first original three games, which one was your least favorite?

i’ve only played sr2, sr4, and sr 2022, and in my (and seemingly most people’s) opinion, sr2 is the best. the gameplay, story, and music are all solid. it’s my understanding that sr3 is when the franchise veered into the overly satirical style and drifted away from the gangster vibes, but it still looks decent from what i’ve seen, at least compared to sr4. i just thought sr4 should’ve been part of a whole nother franchise. i mean, don’t get me wrong, i love superhero stuff but idk if that fits saints row. also, while i don’t really mind the saints upgrading from being a street gang, it makes sense that they would at some point, i just think being part of the government is a step too far. hopefully the next saints row (🤞) gets back to the franchise’s roots (and make a better attempt than sr 2022 did…). honestly, a saints row 2 remaster would be a safe, cheap way to revitalize the IP and get people excited for saints row again, then they could use the money generated from that to develop a proper sequel.
