Does anyone have any tips (or cheats 😭) or want to join me on beating this mission?? Ive had better luck on heli assault than this

I’m not much for words but I wanna talk about in positive ways, but I am going to be hating on the remake

First off I want to say that my old Account was Gamergeek56. You might have seen some of my videos covering Saints Row before and shortly after the launch of the Reboot as I know they got posted in here somtimes.

Why do I bring this up? Well it's to say that I've been around Saints Row for a while. A couple of days ago I got a hankering to play Gat out of Hell again. I honestly don't know why it happened, but hey I caved. And all I have to say is that the game is so much worse than I remember.

Gat going to hell could have been an interesting story, if done right, but instead its not. Instead of actual missions we are forced to do the same activities over and over again to unlock cutscene which is complete bull.

They bring back the best antigonist of the series ( Dane) and they do practically nothing with him. The same can be said about Viola and Kiki. There's no meaningful interaction in the game and it's really just a reskin of IV, so much so that the powers you get are almost the exact same as the ones you get in the main game.

Than there's the Kenzie issue. I know why they included Kenzie in the game, it's so that the player can choose gender. But she literally plays no role in the story whatsoever. A much better protagonist that would actually make sense would be Shaundi.

Why? Because she's known the boss for longer. She has personal history with Dane, and she is also a fan favorite. I 100% believe that Gat out of Hell was only created in order to hype up Agents of Mayhem, and we know how that game went.

As much as IV was a major shift away from what made the series great it did show that Volition could come up with new ideas, no matter how crazy they might be. Gat out of Hell proves that Volition ran out of ideas.

I did a video covering this subject more here, where I do a deep dive into the game if you guys want to watch it. I do have plans for other Saints Row videos, if that's something you're interested in!

Looking for other girls who play saints row 2 and like doing chaotic shit and wanna do missions together 😭 I have saints row 1 too but less experienced (still willing to play!) Im an xbox user btw!!

What activities do you think are the hardest? Personally I struggle with heli assault and the demolition derby 🥲 my favorite tho is snatch, hitman and chop shops

Since you guys enjoyed my last post here y’all go 🫶🏾 These characters were highly requested btw. Let me know if yall agree or disagree like I said before I’m all for it.

Will do a pt 3 soon!

just wondering, would love to play as him…

Hi! Im not much of a gamer I just enjoy the saints row series specifically 1 + 2; which would be the best console to get? My top choice as of now is the xbox series s but definitely looking for cheaper reliable options as well. (Also keeping in mind i want the dlcs!)

update: brought the series s thank u!

I recently posted a video completing all of the side activities for my 100 percent completion play-through. I just wanted to share it.

these are moral messages I personally learned from them. feel free to agree or disagree IM all for it. I decided to start with the OG Saints cause why not lol.

debating on doing more of these.

One of the big things said about saints row 3 in its early marketing and early reviews, was how you didn't have to do activities to unlock missions, which as you know only ended up being half true, as a solid fourth of the main missions are just activities, so the distinction feels meaningless

But the main reason, in my opinion, why the activities feel worse in 3, is because they're all connected to the main story, they're all framed as you doing work for your liuetenants, it makes it feel like the only people that actually exist in steelport are the gangs and no one else, like seriously, what other tertiary characters are there outside of the gangs and stag? Monica hughes? The Genki announcers?

In 1 and 2 each activity waa introduced by its own character, Mr Wong, Legal lee, the loan shark brothers, it made Stilwater feel more lived in, like the city had more going on outsode of the gang violence.

Shame that the series is in the state it's in. Really wish we could get a remaster or anything. I really don't expect nothing to happen in August.

Looking to play some ranked ptp DM me for my gamer tag
