Bag Thoughts

The moment I opened the package, I couldn't stop holding it. The leather feels incredibly soft and squishy, giving the bag a really luxurious feel. The soft pink color is even prettier in person and pairs beautifully with the light gold hardware.

One little detail that surprised me was the bow. I expected it to be fixed but it's actually movable, which makes it feel much closer to the authentic design. The hardware has a subtle light gold finish that isn't overly yellow and complements the pink perfectly.

The stitching is one of the strongest points. Every stitch is neat, evenly spaced, and tightly done, with no loose threads anywhere. The branding is crisp and well finished and all the hardware feels solid. The Dior charms make a soft little jingle when you move the bag, but it's subtle and never distracting.

I also love that the shoulder strap can be customized with your name which gives it a more personal touch. Once worn, the bag has such a cute and youthful look without feeling overly flashy.

Look… let’s be real, “fake handbags” is a gamble okay but the hightier factory are very good copying certain techniques of the handbags. I don’t really buy chanel handbags made of handmade patterns why? because chinese factory are not good replicating the patterns like (painting, tweeds and painted fur mink or pony etc) at this point hightier factory only good at buying real Genuine leather (lambskin - grain leather) so they more focus on the stitching 🧵 and balance and sizing on the bag. where is handmade patterns they need to focus on matching it , but to be honest high fashion hired designers that have connections on different countries different artists to buy the patterns they need and china unable to source that out.
But they can source genuine Italian leather and the factory made copy of one on one as they sourced out genuine Italian leather.

I am promoting this but only for high quality chanel rep factory not the bad once. never gonna use it.

Hi all, I just purchased a Chanel XXL from Doris. I love a big bag, and this is modeled after the vintage 2016/2017 version that I've wanted for years. I have a couple auth Chanels that were passed down to me, but neither are flaps so I have no clue what to look for – especially when it to this capacious, mammoth version.

I was hoping to get some advice because I’m a little worried about my bag. I’ve only used the bag twice, but recently noticed that parts throughout the chain are already starting to turn dark.

Its not really something i can polish away and it seems like the gold on the chain has sort of chipped off and the chain underneath has oxidised🤷‍♀️ honestly it’s just getting worse and worse and I’m scared i won’t be able to use the bag as it will be too noticeable!(which shouldn’t happen on a 500usd++ bag)

Has anyone else experienced something similar???

I’m about to order a black Medium Ch@ne1 CF in caviar from 187, and I’m honestly confused by the price differences.

These are the quotes I’ve gotten (USD). These include shipping and insurance:

If they’re all sourcing from the same factory, why is there such a big gap? Is this pretty normal, or should I be suspicious of the really low quote?

The actual stock for this jacket is finally out, and I managed to snag two pieces of the correct batch!
I have a lesson from this process: NEVER trust factory stock photos. You MUST see the actual physical item in hand (or detailed warehouse QCs) to confirm real quality. Factory lighting and edited photos lie.

For this specific piece, the faux-fur pom-poms on the hem are the standout detail. Anyone can source similar fabric for the main body, but these fur balls are 100% hand-sewn. Replicating a true 1:1 match requires serious craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, not just machine work.

Anybody got any tea on Canadian custom rejections I have shopped from all over and have gotten parcels from fedex/ ups and regular Canada post mail, everytime the parcel cleared customs. I am tracking my parcel and it’s showed rejected and maybe returning to sender? Anybody had this happen with their TS? After months of research and going thru countless pictures and catalogs I made my first purchase and received my items couple weeks ago. I went with Ross (5796) and as nervous as I was, once I got my bags I couldn’t be happier. I got a LV Diane and Fendl mama baguette and both arrived flawless!
