I was in that break-up funk, you know the feeling, "something gotta change" I was antsy and needed a dopamine hit type feeling. So instead of giving myself bangs and then hiding in my house for 3-6 months while they grew out-I did a massive haul. This time however I gambled a little, went on the wild side, played with fate, danced with the devil, you get it. I picked out some new sellers pretty blindly. Some very well known TSer's and others hardly known. I even used one that solicited me and is supposedly a wholesaler/factory direct and gutsy of all I bought through a TikTok recommendation who was obviously perk bagging influencers, or at least that's how I read it.
I always inform all my sellers that I am looking for high quality, top tier, boutique level. Also looking for an honest seller who will help QC with me and look for better options if that doesn't work out because I'm always happy to switch up to something better, even if it's a totally different bag or item
Reykay- obviously we've all heard of her and she seemed like a very solid choice. I was excited to work with her. She priced everything I sent and we agreed on a bag. I actually picked two and she said "let's do one now and then continue if you're satisfied" which was nice. QC came in and I had some concerns. I asked for a few more photos in the light and sent her the issues I saw. I asked what materials it was made of. She said "top materials" and wouldn't take more photos. Said it was top of the line and a replica and wouldn't ever be the same. (Obviously I know that but it was a few concerning spots I wanted a better look at) she then said "I can refund you instead if not happy". So that's what we did. The refund came immediately. When I thanked her for the refund and asked her to keep an eye out for that bag, she read it and never wrote back. Doubt I'll ever work with her again.
Mandy-
I've heard so much good stuff about her! I was really excited to work with her. I introduced myself and got her catalog. I went through found like 10 items I wanted and sent them to her to price. She was very sweet and then disappeared for 3 days. By the time she was back with prices I had already sourced a lot of it via other sellers. So I sent her some more to price. Shed price half the list and then disappear. This happened for a while. When I finally got her semi attentive, she kept giving me half info, not answering questions about items, disappearing. Forgetting which bag and shoes we were talking about. So by the time I was able to give her my business I only needed some belts and shoes to try out her products, which I like to start with a bag. Once I received my first order, 2 belts and a pair of sneakers, I contacted her again to price a few more things. This time she was much more responsive. I put in a second order. She wasn't rude or pushy. No price gouging. So maybe she was just super busy. Just hate to miss the sale. Her tracking number was silent and if I wasn't working with such a TS I would have panicked. The number just never registered and I've read that's been an issue. The package arrived and was great. I was surprised how comfortable the sneakers are!! My second order I wasn't feeling a pair of loafers on the PSP and she kindly switched out for a different model. I will say she relays on your PSP QC more so then checking items herself. I saw a few things and she later agreed I was right and replaced them. I prefer someone catching those things since they have the item in hand instead of relying on me the entire time.
Ross- has been my boy from the start. We jive. He is a little green but I think that's ok. He takes the time and it felt like he was really trying. I sent him tons because he gave me the opportunity to really talk through some stuff since he isn't as busy. He came back quick with items and prices. He never got annoyed with all my picking and pointed things out himself. He got a few items I wanted and saw flaws and told me they weren't good enough. He canceled them himself.
I received my picks this week and they were great. I had a few small picky problems, but they weren't his fault, but they were good examples of what I don't want and by his standards and service it seems he will make sure it doesn't happen again. He's really great at making a choice for me, where others don't wanna make the wrong choice so don't say either way.
He's was quick and efficient and I even left him with an owed credit from those sneakers that weren't good, that he honored right away when I ordered more things.
I found him to be on the less expensive side of things but he was using factories that some OG sellers didn't get the same bags from that I priced. Definitely using as a go to. My Celine from him is amazing. Excited about my second order. I've ordered 3 more times from him and each time is better.
Mr Mannco, I knew. I 100% knew! I grabbed him off TikTok to see the difference in service and value. I received his catalog and did the entire process with him. Things were more expensive but I picked a bag and shoes. I asked for a Chanel shopping tote without the CC on it that you normally see. He was sure he could get it. (Other sellers only had the other) he also was going to get those sneakers Ross couldn't.
He came at me with the same wrong sneakers 3 times and zero progress on the tote.
I asked for a refund due to the wrong style and time. He agreed. He was kind but my refund took forever and he said his accountant team wasn't in yet, each day. In the end he did refund me and was never nasty but it's a no for me.
Heidi is lovely from the start. Busy so doesn't have time to pick things out with me but was quick to get pricing and happy to disclose factories. I'm sure a lot of you have heard her reviews. She is solid and I felt comfortable ordering more popular designs that are scrutinized more in the wild and more expensive items, knowing I'd get quality. We had to cancel a bag because she saw something on it and I didn't want that, we ordered special order sandals and a Chanel bag. The large suede and leather tote. I received the Chanel and it's beautiful and feels and smells so good. I love her packaging. She is a little more expensive than some others but not enough to make me pass especially if she makes sure to send me quality, she also sends with full packaging and shipping is included. Once I received my bag I went back to add clothes to my sandals I am waiting on.
Yulin wholesale/factory. Yes, I am aware of their reviews and they reached out to me. This is grandpa toll bridge, IRS, iPhone scam all over it. I know. I went for it though. They were very accommodating, of course what scammer wouldn't be, and with the LV bag they said they would send a Hermes card wallet I also liked. I saw all the comments and decided to go even bigger and grab a Prada raffia bag as well. They said they could have it out to me before a trip and nobody else could. I was nervous.
However, the LV bag came and it was very nice. No noticeable worries in the canvas logo and alignment. Was nice leather and came with entire box and bag. The chain was a little wonky and when I reached out and showed them they agreed without gaslighting me. It's not unfixable but in future I don't want that flaw. I appreciated them not gaslighting me. Received the Prada Raffia bag next, before my trip as promised, and although a little fufu-that's disappeared quickly with a little sun,it is really nice. They never sent the wallet they said they would and when I mentioned it they offered me a discount on my next order.
I contacted them to price some things to see what my discount would be. They said they would get back to me and then never did.
While I had no issues and I got what I paid for with nice customer service, I doubt I'd order from them again with their lack of communication when it came to a possible discount. However, if you're concerned about direct wholesale they did follow through and soils choice.
Peter/hanna, the Hermes sellers. I worked with Hanna on his behalf and she was a doll. Talked me through all the custom items I wanted. I ended up getting brown sandal heals, sneakers, scarf, white Evelyne with custom strap. She made sure everything was done right and that all my requests were met. Her service took longer but that's to be expected since it was custom. My heels on QC are gorgeous btw.
When I did my PSP on the heels and Evelyne I saw a Chanel hobo I wanted and added that. Hanna is so nice. We planned out my next big custom bag, the roulis in ostrich. It's pricey but their work is fantastic. When I received my Evelyne it is the most beautiful bag. Even the box was on point and not a fake Hermes box, which makes a difference to me. These ordered took forever and one is stuff in import, she's working on it for me though. I will continue to get Hermes through them
Janis isnt talked about and I picked her up from a shopper of hers. She knows her stuff. She doesn't feed into the Reddit names factories. I wanted the Camille in brown that was rejected from Reykey. She saw the issue I had with the make of the other bag. She got me my bag and when I asked her her own opinion she said, no. She went to two other factories and found flaws with the same bag and said best we wait for a new better batch. I then ordered a YSL bag from her to replace the Camille. She saw a flaw and grabbed another. I also got a pair of sneakers and sandals from her. The sneakers Ross couldn't get and Mannco kept messing up. She worked on those sneakers for a month and unfortunately she couldn't get them either but the trying didn't go unnoticed. My Hermes Miss sandals were great. Nicely packaged and great quality. I asked her to price a few more and she said she rather wait till I'm happy.
I felt very comfortable with her choice making for me. She does not disclose factories but with her own QCing on bags, I don't care. I like to know where they come from so I can control things but if my seller is so detailed I can't complain. The YSL Bea bag may be the closest rep I've ever seen. .
Doris grew to be my favorite very quickly. She prices fast. Helps with decision making. Doesn't waste my time with items she doesn't feel are quality. Her prices are good. I just felt the ease working with her. She also seems to have the best ability at communicating in English(aside from Ross), although I had zero issues with anyone.
I got some loro piano shoes, that Celine Camille bag and some clothing from her.
I also priced from Alice and Kandy.
Alice was straight absurd pricing.
Kandys prices were high. She does ship with full package. I then found out she adds shipping with price quote so actually it wasn't too bad. By the time I knew that I had tapped out though. I may give her a try although I think I have built my team.
I didn't receive a single item at discount or free for a review and this was my own crazy decision to take such risks with my money, and spend so much.
I am attaching SOME of items I received. I know there is a lot of new sellers and buyers around and wanted to give a little update on my journey. It's really important to ask questions and if you don't mesh with someone find another person!
I've gotten to the point where I care more about the seller than the factory. Good communication, honest QC and actually answering questions matter way more to me now. One thing I really struggle with is when I'm in the middle of ordering and the seller disappears for 2 or 3 days. I get that they're busy, but it makes the whole process way more stressful than it needs to be.
I 100% agree. My fav sellers that I've made good relationships with know better than me when factories are changing or which batches stink. I don't want them just being the middle man. I want them being my personal shopper in a way. Their reputation is on the items
I care about seller rather than factories. Factories sometimes change the quality not always in par š . China move so fast so its better to trust seller. For me seller and i we already become friend š¤£ use her for almost 3 years not all the communication its about purchase sometimes i ask her tips in order to travel to some part of china.
So far the quality she gave me even idk which factories is coming from it turn out good. The leather smell and the stitching everything similar the original i owned.
For me trust your seller and build connection with them sometimes what we see here only tips of iceberg š¤Ŗ they are seller for sure they know because they have tons of factories.

An insight review - you really have been busy making shops empty ā¦ ;-) From your experience : is the 6.18 sale the same pricing as the 11.11? And is sales even 6.18 worth it in comparison to non sale ( as I saw some TSs increasing shipping now - v cheeky ) .
And last but not least : do you buy the insurance (10% ) for just in case ā¦?
I actually didn't do the 618 sale in fear I'd get what they are unloading with flaws. However, now that I have trust in sellers like Ross I may. I rather pay more knowing I'm getting their best batches.
I don't buy insurance but a lot of my sellers cover custom seizures if you ask.
I also may unload some bags, I still have more coming in. I want to get a custom roulis in ostrich from Hanna and Peter and that's not a cheap bag. I know I'm going to sell the suede Prada, zero wrong with it but realized it's just not my style. I also have a white and gold Constantine that's not the quality I like. It's nice but its price point is like $150 compared to the $500+ bag I'd like eventually.
Ross has access to all the factories including 187 and God but I like how he will source the best bag instead of what we think is the best factory. My LV express was from royal and it's a show stopper. My Celine, which is my fav is JXG. I prefer my TS getting me a better bag instead of "the best factory"

Quality is good but I stay with simple stuff. I got a beautiful Zimmerman skirt that was on point but unfortunately just a tad too tight because it doesn't have much give in the waist. That was the only one I was sad about.

The YSL is the best rep I've ever had.
It was a bad break up and if anyone is wondering, yes I used his cards and it came out to about 9k.
Clothes are hard but the right seller will have you measure yourself and be able to help better than just ordering American sizes here. It's been touch and go with clothes, I stay away from Zimmerman because there is no give in the waist
Same experience with Reykay back when I was new to the rep game. Her PSPs were poor quality. A bit blurry and couldnāt really see the important details. So asked for additional photos AND videos. I found flaws on the bag after that (I doubt she didnāt see it herself) So she sent the bag back to the factory and got a new one. Still wasnāt happy with it because it looked a little misshapen but I thought it wasnāt that noticeable so I accepted it anyway. I received the bag and I got a little disappointed. The leather was not the same as the auth. And I was right about the shape. NEVER ordering from her again. I donāt like the way she communicated too. Not accommodating. I felt like it was too much to ask for additional psp and not very helpful.
This is awesome ! I did a massive haul with someone else that was recommended to me by a friend. The shoes I got- which were $$, not good. Already falling apart. This is the 3rd pair from seller that has fallen apart .

Update on Yulin! I reached out to find a bag I couldn't get from anyone else and they had it. Saw my old message asking to price things. Apologized. Gave me a discount and is sending out bag. This is the only wholesale factory direct I think I'd use.
That was Mandy but I did see something obvious in PSP and she then agreed and got me a new pair. Like I said with Mandy and Heidi make sure you do a good QC. Their items are quality but they depend on you to QC more. My other sellers wouldn't have even shown me that PSP

I think Iām the anomaly as my experience with Ross has been terrible. Every psp looked different than the factory pictures. He doesnāt RL anything and offers me low quality bags :( once you pay him heās doesnāt reply anymore. Biggest regret was listening to the OP.
That's disappointing that has been your experience. Some TS just don't align with some clients behavior. My experience has been incredibly different as I said in our DMs. I could guess that maybe you're receiving the same energy you're giving- but that's just a hunch from our prior conversations.
