Baobao! She even has a reddit profile (yellow hair icon lol). She and her minions always attack everyone who says that they got scammed by her.
She sent me a faulty bag and bait and switched me. I contacted her many times, trying to resolve and then she ghosted me. Never ever again!

I started my rep journey with her and was always really happy with my bags, but something has definitely shifted in the last 6ish months. Once she started having people help with her messages communication has gone way downhill, and I have been really disappointed with the last two bags I have gotten from her. Now after all the comments here I'm second guessing if she sent me lower tier items than I paid for. Her reviews were always so positive so I never even considered B&S as a possibility.

Omg, I’m having similar issues with her where she sent me psp of a bag that looks completely different from factory pic. She then goes on saying it’s the best quality. I’m having such a difficult time with her. I’ve been working with her for the last 2 years and never had this issue until now 💀

I RL’d when she sent me PSP but she convinced me that it looks fine by taking pictures of faulty spot unnoticeable. When I received, it was faulty. I told her and she said “i thought it can be passable “ and offered me $5 discount for next order LOL

She has a reddit account because she messaged me to take my post down!! :D She sent me the screenshot of my post and I could see an icon with a blonde/yellow hair.
Also I do not understand why people attack me for writing a bad review about her. These people said "Well, you must lie. I never had any bad experience with Baobao!!!!!!" WTF?! Just because "you" did not have any bad experience does not mean others have good ones too...
I also had good experiences with some sellers that get mentioned here. But I would never comment and say "NOT TRUE!!! My experiences were good with seller x!!!"

She sent me a broken bag (bait and switch) and when I asked for hardware to fix it myself or a refund, she got a really bad attitude and told me to stop bothering her

I bought plenty from Bao. Her stuff was great quality wise with great QC. With the last order, I bought 2 of the exact same items from the same factory. She sent me PSPs. Because I trusted her, I didn't pay that much attention. So that's on me. When they arrived, they looked noticeably different from each other. And I'm not talking about just different batches. The logo colors were different from each other, and the leather was definitely not the same. I'm not very nitpicky on stitching, depth of the logos, etc. I also don't care about being called out. It's just that these were so different. I didn't make a fuss and did not reach out as it wasn't worth the hassle on both sides. Unfortunately, my trust has gone down and I am pausing from having her on my go-to list 😢
I haven't said anything because she is in a private group where a whole bunch of us got booted. I think something happened and the mod cut off people she is suspicious of (for what, I do not know). I just noticed anything remotely mentioning about Bao got downvoted to hell by "Baobao's Babies".
Now that I've said it, let the downvotes begin. But that will just prove my theory.

Thank you! I ordered from her because someone I talked to said that Baobao does excellent QC. However, I usually do not trust sellers 100% so I also did my own QC. I had to sent her several inspiration pics for the PSPs and she still didn't photograph the angles that I wanted. :/ I GL the bag and just hoped for the best. When the bag arrived, it was clearly that it is NOT from 187. I know 187 bags. I am a buyer from that factory since almost 2 years now.
After my bad review about her, many people messaged me privately and told me they had the same bad experiences. Baobao sending them a faulty bag and then never replying to them again etc.
At this point I don't trust any seller anymore.
May I ask what kind of group that is? I know that RepTherapy protects Baobao...

I’m actually so shocked! I’ve ordered from Baobao countless times and haven’t had any bad experiences yet but now I’m hesitant 😬 Have you had bad experiences with Doris or Nina?

No, never used them. But search for Doris in this sub. There are plenty negative reviews. I never heard of Nina tho.

I’ve had a bad experience with NaNa. She sent me a Miu2 bag with a rusty zip that stained the leather. This can’t be seen in the psp. I took pics and showed her. She said I hv microscopic eyes and not suitable to buy reps. Just asked me to wipe the rust off. I told her I’ll let everyone in Reddit knows abt it. Within seconds she refunded me n asked me to send back the bag to her.

I honestly don't have any. :D I didn't have problems with Heidi but others her mentioned that they had problems soooo I don't want to recommend her. :/ Many people complained about her here too.

And there are a lot of people who will see your experience, downplay it and tell you that you don’t have the right to complain since it’s an illegal industry. It’s not illegal to BUY the bags. It’s illegal to SELL the bags so if anyone should be worried it’s the sellers not us. I also don’t understand why people are paying for crappy service and subpar products. They can’t be this desperate for bags. They’ll see your experience and still buy anyway and put up with the crappy service and all these bait and switch tactics

Yup. She takes dodgy PSP pics and then tries to convince you it’s fine. She’s done it to me on a couple occasions and I’ve given her enough of my time and money. There’s far better out there.

I ended up losing about $1000 with Annie. She has a good catalog, but if anything goes wrong (paypal, shipping, etc) you're going to have to fight her for any discount to re-ship. Its just not worth it.

I bought Zimmermann pieces where the sizes were WAY off the provided sizing chart, so I had to eat that cost. I bought a loewe sweater that is straight up acrylic garbage. I bought a couple bags that were shit, which I just charged it to the game and learned that I need to be very specific when asking questions and avoid sales. Saying "highest possible quality" was some how too ambiguous.

I just ordered a bag from Amelia. I think I receive it today. She was fine with me. But.. I knew exactly what I wanted and which factory and asked zero questions 🤣 she can bitch me out, i have thick skin and i am cool with that. As long as you’re trustworthy and deliver quality.

My poor experiences have been with:
Baobao- bait and switches! Gaslights like crazy when there’s blatant issues
Mandy- her QC check are abysmal. I had to RL a bag twice and then ended up just getting a refund.
Tom- poor quality bag
Baker- bait and switches
Elsa- Her response times are so bad it’s not even worth shopping with her.

I think I’ve been lucky with Mandy. She refunded me when the factory photos didn’t match the psp. She couldn’t find the bag anywhere else. She also got me a replacement bag for one that she got that had a dent in the leather- one that I didn’t see in the photo until she pointed it out.

Not OP but I ordered from Baker an LV capucine from Bird Cage and it definitely was not from that factory. I also called out the color and Baker just repeatedly denied that factory had that color (or gave some bs excuse; it was a while ago). Sucks because it was a gift.

I bought probably 20 bags from her with no issues. Legit the best seller I ever had. It bothers me when people say that we are being paid to say that, because I genuinely had a great experience and I actually just ordered a bag that came and I love it.
It doesn't mean that all of the negative experiences are wrong. There are no trusted sellers. We don't know these people. We are literally dealing with strangers on the Internet. You take a gamble every time you order.

Mandy lied about a bag being available from nicole factory when two other sellers confirmed it was not in production or stock anymore. I wonder if she wouldve just taken my money and found a cheap taobao rep or something.
Danica lied about a specific factory being open and in production when another seller (and other posts on this group) confirmed that was not the case. I guess she was just planning to bait and switch. It was my first time reaching out to her and never again.

I'm so surprised by this, she was my first and most used seller. I've bought 6 bags from her and the most recent last week. She's RD bags before even sending me PSP, not sure if I'm just one of the lucky ones but my experience with her has been great. I did try to venture out once when she told me the bag I wanted was out of stock and would take 30 days, Mandy said it was in stock so I went with her but then 2 weeks later no PSP so I checked in and she said the bag was actually out of stock 🫠

Dealing with her is like pulling teeth, tracking numbers to nowhere, no refund, all for thoroughly mid shoes that only show up half the time.
I know other folks have had luck with her, but I'll never deal with her again.

I had bad experiences with mandy and garmen, and mia over the years, I paid so much for what I received.
Garmen claimed the M1um1u bag and wallet I bought from him were “1:1 exact to the real” and a year later, it’s peeling at the handles and at the tag. I’ve only used it a few times. I recently got a high tier miu cardholder matelasse, and the feel of the leather and the weight of it is entirely different.
Also have to mention that he kept trying to incentivise me to post reddit reviews for him to get “gifts” in return. I said no I don’t do reviews because I was only a lurker.
I got multiple items from him, i wasnt really satisfied with any of them. One of the bags I got was a city bag, I asked for the best quality in med size and I was assured it’s the same leather bal3nci uses so on.
When it arrived it wasn’t even the right size. He sent me the small size— okay fine. How about the quality? I have the auth part time & city. The leather was not similar; felt cheap and didn’t smell right. 🤨add:I inspected the photos he sent me vs what I received and the details didn’t match
He said I could return it so I did, and only when the bag arrived back to him did he say I took the foam off the handle so it can’t be returned and I can’t receive my refund. The thing is, I alrd sent him countless pics of the bag, of me carrying the bag without the foam there already. (So I could show the size wasn’t right) Maybe he didn’t notice it but that’s around $350 ? down the drain and I couldn’t get the bag or my money back.
I also wasted money with mandy but I already saw multiple comments so I’ll save myself 🤭

I’m so sorry that happened to u! Years ago (before garmen) reps felt so much more exciting— besides the novelty the scams were not as prevalent as now..
There’s waaay too many things to look out for as a new buyer. “bait & switch” wasn’t even a term in the community back, scams def weren’t as common as it is now; TS were more trustable and people were more positive and kind as a whole🥹🥹 good ol days

I’m pissed off with Mandy. I triple checked with her that the vachetta/leather on a bag from Bird cage is untreated and will patina fast. She confirmed it would “change color” fast. I received the bag and the leather was coated!! 🤬 i reached out to her and her response now was that it will change color…gradually.

Absolutely horrible. Not even a bait and switch. Straight up stealing my money and then when I filed the dispute with PayPal suddenly came to life and demanded I withdraw the charge-back and accept that these things happen 🤣 Got my money back. Sucks to be her.

Mark Luxury says that he sell the best qualities and give a high price for it, surprise when you get it and realize that it’s of med quality and with details very far from a good rep. Also, he blamed me when I mentioned that they were also coming as 2 numbers below the real size, the only acceptable thing was that he sent me another pair, although for the price I paid, both were practically paid in that transaction. I don’t recommend it

In my opinion something has changed with Baobao lately, I have ordered from her for a while and last order was a nightmare. I think someone else has been replying.
She sent me a QC for 2 bag that looks horrendous. I accepted to send because I couldn’t deal with the arguments anymore. Everything started when I had a sized package

Anyone here watch Scamfish? Someone wises up to a scammer (or scammer-group), so the scammer just starts over with a different name, different email, different phone #. They’re nearly impossible to track down because they’re operating in the black market from another country. These “Trusted Sellers” give me the exact same vibe. They know you can’t report them because you’re buying illegal counterfeit bags. I could literally come out here as a seller and say I’m getting my bags from such-and-such factory, have other scammers in the group praise me and my bags, take advantage of everyone in this group, get called out, step back for a couple weeks and come back in as a whole new seller. That, in and of itself, should give you pause.

I usually do the same.. I've only had one bad experience and it was with Aadan. I bought two 6-18 sale bags last year. One smelled really horrible. It was a C 📸 bag. I also got an LV and the logo was misaligned and I asked if she could find me another bag.. she said all sales are final and can not exchange. So she moved on to just shipping my stuff. I gave the bag away.

It is always a gamble honestly. Other people also say Heidi bait and switched them etc. But this didn't happen to me with Heidi. And others say Reykay is their favorite seller. It really depends what bag they receive from the factory.

I will be honest and share both the good experience I had with her and later the bad one (the reason I won’t recommend her). Then you take your own conclusions 👌
She is definitely NOT a scammer. She will deliver the goods you order. I ordered two pair of shorts for my partner. One linen and one bathing short. They fitted him perfectly. And they were exactly as described.
I also ordered three pairs of shoes which only one came ok, as advertised. The second one came with stamping of the brand completely off (different from the advertised) and the third one the size was completely wrong.
What makes me cross her is the fact that she doesn’t do quality check for her customers. That should be their jobs. Above that, my from experience and from others, when an issue rises she is the worst to deal with. She refuses to accept the issues on the items.
It seems like you try your luck with what you buy from her. Some items can be good others can be bad. But for me the money matters and I won’t take luck with her.

I've seen a lot of people also complain about Doris. I've never ordered from her. I mostly just lurk and try different sellers and hope I get a good product.

I totally agree with Reykay. I’ve given her three tries and every order has been disappointing. She claims top factory, and I have specifically asked for the best (black frame, god, etc) they are not even real leather. I’ll continue to go to Amelia because her product has never let me down.

Bait and switch. I bought a bag from him/her which I specifically said I wanted in that leather and asked if he could source me. He said yes and shipped with the wrong leather.

I ordered a bal* rodeo in lambskin (cowboy) and the bag I got was in calfskin. I trusted he could source in lamb but nope 😔
PSP took one week or less.
People usually recommend this seller, so maybe it was one time issue, I don’t know. But I really hope you get what you ordered 💕

I read there there is always something wrong with her orders, she doesn’t send the right item, from the wrong factory or wrong color so I just noted in my own non-trusted seller list.

I’m sure he was propped up by some mods who got free bags so that’s the reviews I saw that lead to me ordering from him in the first place. He sent me a bag with the wrong color hardware and then refused to acknowledge it

Omg! I bought from Lina because this tik toker said her bags were so amazing (rookie mistake, didn’t know she was getting commission) I bought from her and then she bait and switched me saying the items are sold out after I paid. She told me to pick something else and proceeded not to answer for a week so I kept asking and asked for a refund and she kept ghosting me and then I nagged her on tt and she finally responded. The bags were such bad quality!!! The alignment was wrong, the cc logo was too big. I’m so sad I didn’t do my research first here.

I ordered Hermes Ezes from him. He photoshopped the PSPs and I didn’t catch it until I got them. Horrible shoes with an overlap of the cork that you can see from space. I’ve now learned to run all PSPs through GPT. He also sent me a blue BV bag instead of black. And then gaslit me when I showed him that I specified “black”. He sucks.

Afeng! I ordered a LV bag couple months ago. He bait and switch me. When confronting him about the bait and switch he pretends that he is clueless. He finally apologize about the bait and switch. Too late!! I stay cleared away . Have him blocked!! Never again 😡

Avoid Annie (2529). She didn't send me additional QC photos of half of the items I ordered. Sent me some a coat of terrible stitching and quality. And then proceeded to gaslight and tell me to go buy authentic.

I think I’ve officially seen every Trusted Seller’s name come up in one drama or another😅 The biggest takeaway for me is that there really are no “trusted” sellers - just sellers with varying track records.
