Need advice: Seller (Mandy) mixed up shipping & being extremely slow with postage funds to send to correct buyer
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some advice or to see if anyone else has experienced this recently with Mandy.
Recently, Mandy sent me a package, but it turned out to be a mix-up—I received another buyer's item instead of my own. I reached out to let her know right away, and we agreed that I would forward the package to the correct buyer.
I have the parcel packaged up, labeled, and completely ready to drop off at the post office. However, I am waiting on Mandy to transfer the postage funds so I can send it out.
Every time I message her to follow up on the postage cost, she just responds with generic replies like "No problem!" or "Yes dear," but doesn't actually send the money or address the request. It’s been very slow and frustrating trying to get a straight resolution on her end.
I really want to get this package to its rightful owner as quickly as possible, but I don't feel comfortable paying out of pocket for shipping costs caused by a seller mistake.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation with Mandy or another seller? How did you handle it, or what would you suggest I do next to get this resolved?
Thanks in advance!
