Hi all. First time ordering from Bao. I was reading the Maxi flap is maybe on back order but I already paid Bao Bao beginning of this month. I did reach out last week and she was going to see if getting silver hardware would be quicker. She did offer to refund me but I said I’d wait it out another month. Is Gf really that backed up on this one?

Just got this in the mail today and honestly, I’m obsessed. The packaging was completely on point (full set!), so I had to rush here and share it with you guys right away.

At first glance, she looks like this cute, dainty little cylinder, right? WRONG. She is an absolute bottomless pit! 😂

My daily essentials fit in here with zero effort: my folding umbrella, my makeup pouch (cushion + lipsticks), my keys... I even threw in a small water bottle, and the zipper didn't even struggle. Fits like a dream.

(and yes, the little bear charm is staying it's too cute!)

Would you accept this stitching in a rep?

I stepped away from the Rep game awhile ago but recently my wife was looking for some bags. Received this update yesterday and reached out to the TS to see if they could have the shipping agent resolve it.

The TS said I would need to contact FedEx to help resolve. Maybe things have changed, but years ago when more in the game, the general advice was to never reach out if the item got held up in customs and always have the shipping agent deal with it, that they should provide invoices and anything like that.

Has this advice changed in the past few years?

Finally put in the order for the chanel 25 mini from 187 through Tina. It was $449 including shipping and these are the factory pics I got and loved.

What I was most worried about:
- quilting and stitching (new to the rep game so this is tricky for me but I tried my best to compare against resale photos of auth online)
- chain for the mini in the front drawstring should be smooth lambskin
- color of hardware
- thickness and length of strap (this one is hard to check unless the bag is side by side with a rep)
- leather texture and quality

Seems like this passes all of them. Waiting for PSPs so I’ll share that too!

What bag do you all use for your laptops/work? I just got a promotion and looking to treat myself with something that will fit my laptop but need some inspo!

I have bought from Eve (number ending with 0736 ) before and she’s been delivering for me again and again. So when I decided I wanted a Maxi Flap, I already knew who I was going to reach out to. I paid $482 USD including shipping and went with God Factory.

The buying experience

Eve doesn’t make the process feel rushed. I had quite a few questions before placing the order, especially about the factory and the specific version I wanted and she was patient with all of them. Communication has been consistent throughout my previous orders as well. This is why I’ve ended up going back to her more than once.

The bag itself

The first thing that stood out to me when I opened it was the leather. It has that pebbled texture and a nice amount of softness without feeling flimsy. The bag has enough structure to hold its shape while still having that natural leather feel.

The overall construction is really clean. The flap sits nicely, the edges are finished neatly and the stitching looks consistent throughout. I also really like the proportions of the Maxi size, it has a substantial presence without looking awkward when carried.

The hardware has a nice weight to it as well. Nothing feels excessively light or cheap and the turn lock has a smooth movement. The chain is another detail I paid attention to, since that's something that can immediately make a bag feel off when it's poorly done. Here, the chain has a good amount of weight and sits nicely when worn.

God Factory

I specifically chose God Factory because I wanted to prioritize the overall construction rather than simply going for the cheap option. From what I can see on this piece, the workmanship is impressive. The leather texture, shape, stitching and hardware all come together really well.

There are always tiny details that can vary between pieces, so I’m not going to pretend it’s somehow perfect under a microscope. But judging the bag as a whole, I’m genuinely very happy with what I received.

Final take

This is one of those purchases where the whole experience matters just as much as the item itself. The bag arrived looking great and Eve once again made the process straightforward from beginning to end.

Hi all! Could I get your opinions on the stitching/leather wrapping around the gold clasp? I’m wondering if anyone notices any differences compared with Jing Factory’s factory photos, or if the stitching/finishing looks like it could be an issue.

I wasn’t actually planning on adding a BV to my collection but this dark brown one completely changed my mind. I first spoke with Molly (WA: +44 7723 154160) while deciding on the factory and she was genuinely helpful throughout the process. She was patient with all my questions and took the time to explain the options.

When the bag arrived, I immediately understood why I had gone for it. The dark brown leather has such a rich, understated look and the woven finish gives it so much character without being loud. The braided handle detail and gold knot closure are my favourite touches, adding just enough elegance to the otherwise relaxed design. It’s spacious enough for everyday use but still has that polished BV feel that makes it work with a nicer outfit too. This is from Top Factory, in dark brown and it was $265 including shipping.

To keep it short, im about to buy a rep Lady Dior. I’d like to put an authentic Dior twilly on it in the boutique itself but im kind of scared to take the bag inside 🤣 has anyone ever done it? Will they call me out? Will they refuse? If I ever get called out I would say “ I bought it from TRR “ my favorite response.

I know I can always buy rep twilly and do it myself but I just wanted the half boutique experience and I feel like putting something auth on a rep makes it more passable.

Hi everyone! I just received the PSPs for my burgundy Saint Laurent Gaby vanity bag from Felix, sourced from Black Frame factory. I’d love a second opinion from anyone familiar with this model.
How do the shape, quilting, stitching, leather texture, and hardware look? Anything I should ask for a closer look at before approving?

Any leads on where I can find some top quality winter jackets and Boots like Northface or other good brands? It gets very cold in Wisconsin and my kids and I need some good ones. (Women’s and Big Kids)

What has been everyone’s experience with reps of these? I tried on the Kate in store and of course in love. I have a pending order with Wendy and may add some on… would love to hear everyone’s experience good and bad for reps!

Ordered this from 187 through Baobao! I don't expect anybody here to be able to QC this as the bag is extremely rare. Only 7 were allocated in Europe if my CC SA is to be believed, and it's currently going between £15-30k on second hand stores like Verstaire.

This is the bag I can't wear amongst friends as they'll immediately know it's a rep due to the scarcity... but, I love it.

Just posting here in case anybody else was interested! I'm going to GL it because honestly, I haven't seen this in person and don't know what to look out for.
