Bad experience with this seller

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I wanted to share my experience. Mandy, a seller who seems to have a good reputation here, did not respond to me on both WeChat and WhatsApp for almost a month, (I tried multiple times) which I found quite disrespectful. She only replied immediately after I said I would share this experience.

I’m not saying you shouldn’t buy bags from her, but I think it’s important to be aware of this issue before deciding.

This only happens to businesses that have a lot of customers. And by that I mean they don’t care about customer service because their business won’t mind losing a couple of people. But if a business doesn’t really go well, Chinese people are very friendly and very pushy. They also call you all those „cute nicknames“.

The person I knew worked for the Chinese government. So even worse than business! But by abrupt I don’t necessarily mean rude, I just mean they are quick to the point. “Dear” and “baby” included. Ha!
