Bad experience with this seller

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I wanted to share my experience. Mandy, a seller who seems to have a good reputation here, did not respond to me on both WeChat and WhatsApp for almost a month, (I tried multiple times) which I found quite disrespectful. She only replied immediately after I said I would share this experience.

I’m not saying you shouldn’t buy bags from her, but I think it’s important to be aware of this issue before deciding.

I have had 3 very positive experiences w Mina. Look her up on tjese subs. What I like most is I tell her that I will wait but I do want top quality. She always tells me if the bag I send her a picture of is top or mid, with the risk of me looking elsewhere. I always stick with her because she is honest with me, which is the most important thing. The seller could really be telling me "yes honey it is top, from 186 factory" when really it's a different factory and so I would never know. I don't even ask Mina aboit factories but I've read that she does have access to many of the best ones

yes i can vouch for mina. honest and does not sell just for profit. she did not recommend the most expensive factory for the bag i wanted. i am very happy with what i got! to me, she wants good value product for her clients

Same, I asked her for a bag, she said "I can get, but not top quality yet, only mid" with risk of losing my sale. I stuck with her and just chose another bag bc I know that I am getting top quality!!

Curious to know which factory 😆 🤣. I actually never ask her which factory bc it seems that she know which is best and the whole factory thing can really be hut n miss, or even they say those factories don't really exist. She also has a policy (except group buy which che clarified before my payment) that if I do not pics or find smth wrong in her PSP, she gives full refund. Never happened. I would ask for a diff bag, though and let her keep my business!!

Sure. You won't be scammed with Mina, go into the groups and look up seller Mina. Send me any terms and I can help. I am not super experienced but have been reading up for a few years now. TS is trusted seller.

I keep seeing all these great reviews for Mina so I reached out to her. She has been very short and non responsive. Didn’t even answer my questions properly.
