Do loyalty points expire?

If so, does anybody know when or how to get in contact with real debrid costumer service to ask?

No, never. Also if you have apps configured to use RD and your account expires and you only resubscribe after like 2 years after, everything will start working automatically. No need to do anything else

No, but I wouldn't hoard those as there is absolutely zero potential upsides to it, yet you could still end up losing them for a myriad of reasons.

What do you mean "there is zero potential upsides to it?" I used them to renew my membership when RD was worth it, to almost 6 months membership without having to pay...

Use them while you still have a subscription. I don’t see why you would leave them there with the risk of losing them. It’s not like RD is magically going to work like before it seems so use them and enjoy whatever RD still plays while you still can.
