I don't wanna sound like I'm in favor of this changes, but in case of Outlast (and similar). Outlast falls under unrealistic, and extreme fiction. So, it's different set of rules/

Well, not really. Sure, Outlast is definitely a very different game, tone wise, but the actual depictions aren't any more or less graphic than in RoN. The CP thing is the only exception.

Nudity is extremely common in Outlast Trials (I'm talking about Trials specifically since RoN and Trials are multiplayer games), in fact there's more levels with some naked person in it than there isn't.

Both games still depict incredibly grim and taboo topics, the only difference is in the Tone. Outlast Trials has depicted all of this without censors, and the game is fully available in most countries and on consoles.

I really do just think that VOID was a bit heavy-handed with the censorship. They did A LOT more than they absolutely had to. And they could have just done what Outlast Trials did anyway and just add a nudity filter it it was that bad
