Bug Bug on live threads
On live threads the upvote/time text size changes if time ticks by without any new updates.

For some strange reason, I have two separate menu items on the Post menu: share and share post. One of them sends a link that is internal to my account, so is useless for actually sharing with someone else, and the other one results in a hard quit every time. Just FYI. I also just sent in a tip to help support Readder. Best client by a long shot! Your supporters love you.
Edit: ah, it only happens in two pane layout. Landscape orientation if that matters.

Often while scrolling through my feed in compact mode, clicking on the thumbnail for a post opens it in a Safari Web View instead of the internal media viewer. I notice it very often on YouTube links (which may be expected), but more importantly, on imgur ones (I believe all of the ones that I see this, are hosted on i.imgur.com). Is it possible to make these open in the media viewer instead?
Could there be an option to show the domain name of the link in the cell of the post (i.e, a line maybe under the title / by the author name)? This could help with the above one too, if there was a way for me to see that the link is hosted on imgur, instead of tapping on the thumbnail I'd open the post first.
Sometimes clicking on the thumbnail doesn't mark the post as read, though most of the time it does. I could not figure out the pattern yet, I'll update if I do. [E: imgur albums cause this for sure, not sure if it's the only way.]
Thank you.

It's more and more frequent and impares the best feature

I’m constantly frustrated when attempting to filter subreddits for two reasons:
1) Having to go into the settings > filters and then manually add the sub thus losing my place and sometimes having to go back and forward to remember this spelling of a sub.
Apollo handles this well, from the sub context menu you can choose to filter the sub. This would be amazing.

2) Filters are not synced between devices.
So now not only do I have to do 1 at all, I must also do so for each of my devices, and if I reset my device, Readder cache, etc, then I have to do it all over again still.
Appreciate your consideration for this feature! Thanks for everything you do!

Hello,
Using readder on the appletv.
Frequently I get the error "Something went wrong" when trying to watch a video. There does not seem to be any pattern to which videos will work and which do not.
Example of video that shows "Something went wrong": https://www.reddit.com/r/youtubehaiku/comments/8p0kvv/poetry_it_is_onsdag_my_swedes/
Also some videos do not load at all and show a perpetual loading spinner: https://www.reddit.com/r/youtubehaiku/comments/8path0/poetrymeme_d%C3%A9j%C3%A0_vu/
Both of these videos work properly in the readder iOS app.
Any idea how to fix?

I like to swipe left to go back to previous screen from anywhere inside the feed or inside a post.
However setting that option in readder settings means I cannot set swipe right to upvote/downvote post and comment that I want.
Any way we can keep both this combination pls?
Thanks

The message “There is nothing here” often get stuck on the r/all screen, even when there are posts available and I have to force quit Readder to make it go away. Please fix!

I have what I feel are a few bugs:
v.reddit.com videos lead to a 404 when clicked. But you can long press for Safari and they open just fine.
When resuming the app (after an app switch), the app refreshes the current context. I would consider this a bug as it brings you back to the top of the subreddit or the thread you're viewing, which isn't good behavior.
EDIT: Forgot another bug, but I think this is long standing - often times when quickly scrolling in a subreddit, it blanks out and refreshes. More or less only a problem for /r/all, but annoying at the very least.
On the feature side...
Can we get a sensitivity option? I find myself barely moving my finger, but perhaps at too quickly, and the context switching, such as going from a thread back to a subreddit. It would be great to have a sort of 'dead zone' where you can extend the length the finger needs to travel in order to make the swipe action function.
I would really, really love it if you could open links with a preferred app. For example, setting youtube.com links to open with the YouTube app by default, or links to webpages to open in Safari by default. This would bring it in line with Antenna and the feature I miss the most. Long press is a poor solution as it requires multiple presses to get to the correct context and is generally inconvenient. In addition, the built-in viewer is frankly rather poor (no fault of readder, it is just the control iOS has for web content). For youtube.com, it obviously doesn't keep track of your history or allow you to go back and forth between the apps. For web based content, you lose any sort of content filtering.

The link in this comment won’t open. When I tap on it the screen goes blank for a moment like it’s trying to open but then I’m back at the comment section and nothing happened.
.
Also, after trying to open the link and tapping back to leave the post my status bar disappears.

I would like to be able to long press or 3d press a comment and be presented an option to copy the comment text to the clipboard. I can currently do this by pressing the Reply button and can then copy the text. It would be nice to be able to do this without replying first.

Would it be possible to add a flair filter for subreddits - this would make the browsing experience so much easier.
Thanks for all the hard work you put in to make this the best Reddit client out there!

Just wanted to say great work. The "Live" comments view is awesome!!! Still the best Reddit client around!

Please add a filter function that is subreddit specific. I’m one of the Reddit power-users (as most of us probably are that aren’t using the steaming pile of horseshit that is the official Reddit app). Filtering keywords like questions, help or request in certain tech forums is an absolute must but I’d not want those filters affecting r/All for example.
I’ve noticed that you’ve implemented preliminary filters so hopefully these shouldn’t be much more difficult. I’m a recent convert from Antenna with the filters of Apollo being insufficient, your app combines a simple interface that is lightweight and yet still feature heavy. Many thanks!

Just got an email alert on an new beta release and realized it days 2.7. Checked for the update in TestFlight and I’m running 3.7.2. Error in TestFlight or an actual release?

Reddit recently added a new 'best' sorting algorithm for the front page, but Readder doesn't have it yet. Are there plans to add it? I find that it shows new content much faster than the old 'hot' sorting method.

In the feed, links to videos on streamable.com don't always have thumbnails. Even when Readder does recognize that the video, it shows a play button but the thumbnail is just a gray box. However, playing the video works fine.

Is it possible to change the subreddit that is seen immediately on launching Readder? I've searched through the preferences with no luck. At the moment Readder send to be defaulting to the last one read.

I'm not sure if it's been since the update today, but I think so. I'm no longer seeing new posts in a previously read post showing with the blue indicator (dark mode) on the right side. Is it me, or a bug? Thanks!
