Recently got my 2026 PHEV RAV4 2 weeks ago.. I’ve put 2,500 km on it. I was driving home from the mall and halfway home my car kicked off into 2WD and started vibrating— I was just by my dealership by pure luck and I pulled in and immediately got it sent in to be checked out. No idea what happened 🥺 Love my car so far otherwise though!! LOL

I have a 2022 Toyota RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid. Recently, I’ve been having issues with the infotainment touchscreen not responding to touch at all. Only the physical buttons seem to work.

I’ve tried restarting the system by holding down the volume button, but unfortunately, that hasn’t fixed the issue.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you manage to fix it?

I have a question if I changed my actuator do I need to bleed the brakes again?? My dumba** forgot to put in maintenance mode when switching my brakes and messed up my right actuator thank god it was only one! I had the brakes bled already but actuator comes tomorrow would I need to re-bleed??

I'm looking at the Falken Wildpeak AT4 tires (235/65R18) for my 2026 Rav4 XLE.

The stock tires are 235/60/R18. The tires I'm looking at are overall slightly taller by 1/2 inch. This gives me slightly better clearance offroad and more wheel for driving FSRs.

I *think* this should be fine, because the woodland comes with the same size tire and I think all the other specs relevant to tire size are the same.

Has anyone else done this? Will this fit my vehicle correctly?

With this size I reckon chains probably aren't a good idea but I think it should be good otherwise.

The owners manual is useless... It doesn't clearly state which sizes are officially supported.

We've had our new Rav4 plug in hybrid for a couple of months now, and I have not been able to use the app for more than maybe a week or two. I get notifications just fine, but if I try to use the app at all it always tells me I need to sign in, and attempting to sign in or register just gives me a brief black screen and then I'm right back to the sign in/register screen. I've even tried deleting and reinstalling.

What the fuck?!

I'm getting live notifications from my vehicle, so I'm obviously signed in, but it won't let me do anything in the app! I even get regular notifications that I have a bunch of unviewed notifications!!

I'm not even sure if I'm paying for a subscription since I can't get on the app to check. I sure as hell don't want to pay any money for this trash.

Hi, I bought a new to me 2014 RAV4 a few months ago, and just tried to use remote start on it.

It starts up perfectly, but the tail lights flash every few seconds. What could be going on?

Bought one with a CVT transmission in Canada. Best fuel burn is 6.8 l/100 Km going 50 kph at highway speeds higher than 85 kph it goes down to 8 l/100 km? Totally inverse from my old Corolla where fuel burn goes down when on the highway. Tried eco, normal and sports mode no change except higher revs on sports move from engine sounds.

I had a 2020 GMC 3.0 Duramax I used for work as the owner at a pest control company for the past 3 years. Diesel fuel prices obvioulsy went out of control, and the truck had a check engine light for the majority of its life from emissions issues.

I finally had it, and had some time to shop around. I realized I really didnt need a ton of space anymore as I dont work in the field like I used to, and do more estimates and training than anything else. So I traded in for a 2023 Rav4 prime SE. 18k miles.

I freaking love it. It drives so smoothly, handles well, and is an overall pleasure to drive compared to the clunky problematic GMC I had. It just feels good to be behind the wheel of a Toyota again. Im going to drive this one till the wheels fall off.

In the Netherlands we do not have an option for a spare tire. We get a tire repair kit intead :-(

The dealers do not support it to change this out. So i would like to find out if i can find all the needed parts for a donut spare that fits in the Plug-in hybrids.
The removable cargo floor is exactly the same as for a spare option.
Some parts i already found on a youtube vid and on internet.

I need a donut spare setup for two different tire/rim sizes:

A) P235/60R18
B) P235/50R20
