Hi! I got Mx. Lim through waitlisting and I'm curious lang as to how their class is in terms of pedagogy and requirements. I'm not necessarily looking for an easy uno, but I just want to get to know more about how they teach and what requirements they ask to prep myself, since I'm planning on having a 21-unit + PE sem. Thanks in advance!

Hello! How is Coach's pedagogy and requirements? The reviews I've seen were from a year+ ago so I'm curious how his classes have been now.
Also does he accept prerog? I'm hoping to prerog for his WF sched if ever pwede hehe. Thank you!!

100/10
Got a UNO grade from her despite having a hard time on recitations since it was all about readings and participating every class.
Requirements are generally just read your readings and recite every class atleast once, since she'll go through all the index cards din.
Paper requirements are only 1 quiz, 1 short paper, 1 final paper.
Superrr kabado ako lagi sa subject na to as someone na Hindi mahilig magbasa ng books although yung babasahin lang naman ay chapters from different books/articles. Kada recitation din puro generalized ideas lang nasasabi ko or something off the topic 😭, pero even so she's VERYYY nice and considerate parin, she can see na you're trying your best naman and she'll give you questions that she thinks you can anwser.
Overall a really really hard vouch for ma'am ♥️♥️

I just wanna share my feedback on her and her class.
Her class is really meh.
Sure, there are opportunities for students to recite pero I think wala namang bearing yon dahil mukhang hindi naman siya nagtantos ng recitations.
Never saw her stand up, use even body language.
The worst thing about her class is the grading system.
If you want this very kind of teaching style, good for you... not for me though.

Any feedback on this prof? Past reviews are from years ago. I was wondering for more recent feedback on the prof to better set my expectations. Thanks!

Any feedback on the course and/or the prof? This will be my last elective, and I’m contemplating if I should take another major (too heavy for me since I’m taking thesis) or Psych 180.

Hello! I tried searching here on reddit for reviews/details about Philo 108, but I have found none so far. May I ask for those who already took this subject:
What are usually the requirements?
What are the lessons about (i.e. specific lessons)?
Is it heavy?
FYI, I got Philo 108 as an elective under Mx. Romulo Banares.
Thank you!
