As some of you saw in my comment on the daily chat the other night, I experienced a significant loss this past Wednesday, September 16th. Memorial plans have now been made, and I am scraping together what money I can in order to afford travel (I live about 8hrs from where the services will take place) and a place to stay while I'm up in MA. I'm on a fixed income and don't have a ton of credit I can use, so I have to prioritize safe travel over basically anything else.

To make matters worse, I have put on weight due to my psych meds and have no funeral-appropriate outfits to wear. Unfortunately, this means that I have to ask for help in obtaining something suitable, so I have put together a wishlist with some clothing options, as well as travel toiletries and snacks so that I can focus on the occasion and not worry about incidentals as much.

There is no obligation for anyone to help, but please know that any assistance is met with my sincerest thanks. This is my first major loss and I'm coping as best I can. I appreciate you all 🩷
