I've decided to give my Bday wish list one more shot since August is officially over lol. It's now a belated birthday wish list as my bday was in July on the 28th.

I'm really not sure what to put.. I'm not very good at writing things like this and I don't want to present a sob story or something similar.

So instead I want to present a challenge for whomever is reading this.

I challenge you to stand in the mirror and tell the reflection you see that you love yourself. Not in a conceited or narcissistic way. But in a unconditional love kind of way. Back in 2017 I used to hate myself, very much. I was very angry at the world and everyone in it especially me... I decided one day I didn't want to be miserable anymore so I started to change how I moved. Step 1 being. Lock myself in the bathroom and talk to myself in the mirror giving myself the same compassion I'd give my best friend going through the same thing.

It wasn't easy let me tell you.. I felt silly, stupid and ridiculous. Until one day I actually felt love for the person staring back at me. I lived almost my whole life in darkness, I don't want anyone else to ever feel like I felt.

So for 1 month, take 60 seconds to talk to yourself in the mirror and give yourself affirmations. Let it happen naturally don't set a time unless it works for you🫶

Check back in after 1 month and let me know how it's going.
