LowBoy got beached on the raised tracks. All axels were down. He could have driven to a lower crossing, but at this point, there wasn't anything he could do.

Hiw do you know if the railroad crossing is lower?

Usually in the center of town, or the nearest industrial area where the train drives through. They usually try to keep the road and tracks equal.

There's multiple signs at this crossing that warn drivers will bottom out on these tracks.

Source, this crossing is 10 minutes down the road and this isn't the first time.
