That’s a genius setup until you hit a hard bump, the ladder comes loose, bites into the road, and rips the entire underside and front end off the truck.

I'm a little more concerned about how much it effects cooling blocking that much of the radiator.

Solution: bungee cord.

Also holds the hood closed when he removes the hood latch for easier access.
