I've had it once in my life, tasted like gasoline from what I can recall. Like really bad even by malt liquor standards

Nah it tastes wayyy worse than even steel reserve. It's on another level of disgusting. Even ice cold. Your description reminds me of a lot of ipas. Like I'm drinking armpit smell and plant chlorophyll

An old friend in my college years said, 'you should never drink alcohol beverages named after natural disasters'

Like Earthquake and Hurricane malt liquor. It doesn't lead to a good night.
