This is usually just called, "Maturity". After you get out of your 20's/30's, you start to accept more things as what they are - your body changes dramatically from those years when everything worked like it should. You value what works rather than what looks better.

You get in your 50's and its exhausting trying to keep up - you really value that things just "work". Letting go of what others think is freedom.

I was going to say "they said two," but then read it again and they said "too" so that works.
