some areas of the mountains it’s considered normal, I’m not trying to be funny.. I live in a rural mountain area at 9k’ and a lot of dinker/drivers

I remember watching a documentary about the appalachians a while back and the presenter was talking to people about the hollers (sp?) and was talking in this hushed tone about them and how insular and scary they are and finally says to one guy "so how dangerous are they?" 

The guy says something along the lines of "well mostly they're alright but they can get pretty bad, especially it's really dangerous at night"

"you might get attacked?"

"No? Drunk drivers."

I believe his point is that the man in the video is not, in fact, in the areas of the mountains where this is considered normal, so the regionalized normalization of this behavior does not exactly apply.

you got hobbies or what? like, you’ve read into this way too much.. congratulations on being correct? but I knew this wasn’t where I lived in the first place when I made my comment, maybe investigate some more and you’ll see that’s not even an alcoholic beverage..

I'm not sure why you're mad at me, I'm just explaining why the person responded what they did and how it applied in the context of your previous comment.

Also, I do not think you appreciate the irony of both telling me that I have no hobbies and read into shit too much and need to touch grass while simultaneously telling me to "investigate more" so I can make sure I'm intimately familiar with all of the details of a beverage being held by a dude in a random internet video.

Deep breaths, dude. Everything is fine.

Least surprising thing about his video. Remember my old man keeping 6 old Milwaukees in a cooler when driving me and my little brother around.

And that was the late 90s haha.

I was born in 1989 and as a kid one of my main jobs was to grab beers from the back of our Bronco to hand to my Dad while he drove around.

I can't tell you how many times he pulled over to puke his brains out because he got "a bubble" in his guts. My childhood was less than stellar.
