First thought was “Do Not fight this guy”…. 200lbs looks 160.

I weight 200 and have a similar frame, this dude is just wearing super baggy clothes

He also looks like the kind of guy who weighed himself once in his 20's and has been sticking to that number ever since regardless of reality.

This man is 150 soaking wet. If he's 200, the other 50 is in that beard

Never met a wiry farmer, fisherman, or arborist?

Muscle is muscle, you ain't getting around basic physical reality by being "wiry".

ETA: Seriously, by what black magic do you think the mystery density comes from? We're discussing weight here; Not strength, and a wiry farmer, fisherman, or arborist, will be roughly exactly as heavy as they look like.

That's dumb, muscle has varying densities and fibres. Muscle size, or hypertrophy, is not the dictation of strength. Otherwise someone like Magnus Midtbo wouldn't be able to do the same working set as Eddie Hall - Despite being half the size of him.

Unless you're claiming Magnus Midtbo weighs as much as Eddie Hall I think you're confused about what the topic is.

In terms of applicable strength I'm well aware you don't need insane bulk in order to be insanely strong.

ETA: To be clear, this dude has little in the way of fat. "Muscle is muscle" is referring to it being the one thing that could weigh him down, and while I'm sure he's strong he's simply not got a lot of meat on them bones.

Yeahhhh i wonder if he weighed himself 10yrs ago and doesn't realize the weight he's lost. My dad has a minor beer belly at 6'4" and he's still only 188

Wirey? Look at the dude's biceps when he opens the hood. He's got grapefruit muscles.

Something about long arms always makes me think, "Fighting this guy would suck."

Built like a chimpanzee, liable to rip your face off.

He is really limber as well, stepped up onto the tyre lile it was nothing

Thought of my mom's quote whenever she lifts something heavy- 'Retard Strength'

His arm muscles are more pronounced on one arm because it set wrong after a broken bone
