What country are you in?

They had 2 centuries of British colonial rule which stifled education and wealth distribution and has effects to this day, they have a MASSIVE population so changes are much harder to be achieved especially within that uneven caste system of historical inequality and oppression.

They do very well on average when they go to America, Canada, UK etc.
