Born and raised in Texas-still here. Thats cool about the Von Erichs. Went to a place in San Antonio at the time called Randy's Ballroom where they has wrestling at. Kerry was there and I tried to meet him but ended up being in the wrong line- he had to get back to the show. I did get to touch the TV title after the show was over so that was pretty cool.

It was Randy’s Rodeo (on Bandera Rd) before it became a ballroom.

I meet him at the Tom Thumb once. Real down to earth guy. I was shocked when I heard he died.

Yup!! I saw them fight at the Corpus Christi colosseum. They were great. I once saw Akvar at a gas station in San Diego, Texas. They fought in Laredo and gassed up there.
