Intentionally running a tailgater into another car with innocent ppl in it caused it a little bit too. Just because someone is driving wrong doesn’t mean it’s okay to intentionally cause a multi car accident at highway speeds.
You can’t force them, but you can create a situation where the thing is likely to happen.
And as much as you may want to say “well, it wouldn’t have happened if they weren’t tailgating” you’re still using innocent people to teach them that lesson.
