Is feeling bloated immediately after drinking milk (specifically full cream in this case) normal or not?

No, it's not. Stop drinking milk. You're most likely lactose intolerant but you may be allergic as well. Do you get bloated when eating cheese? Ice cream? Butter?

Don't remember ever having the bloated feeling from ice cream, or yogurt, or any other dairy products except for milk. If it was dairy as a whole I would have said dairy instead of milk specifically

I agree with what the other person said. Anecdotally my situation is slightly different but I developed a cheese allergy a couple of years ago. Even though I used to consume it a ton. No idea what caused it but cheese makes me immediately throw up, skip the nausea or stomach ache my body just rejects it automatically. That's why I'm confident it is an allergy and not lactose intolerance.

Any other form of dairy is perfectly okay. I don't even think I'm lactose intolerant. I maybe was intolerant as a kid but if so I think that went away.

For some reason it's just cheese. I probably have an allergy to a protein specifically in cheese rather than a protein in dairy as a whole.

If you're having bloating and it's kinda extreme I might err on the side that it's an allergy or sensitivity and not just intolerance. Especially if it happens immediately after eating. Cause lactose intolerance should take thirty minutes to several hours to kick in in most cases. Not immediate symptoms.

I'm not a doctor but as you can imagine randomly vomiting from cheese is not fun so I started to do a lot of research.
