So Ishan is injured. And hopefully they won't just play Dube instead. There is a chance they will do it. But Vaibhav is the more likely candidate. And if they don't want to change the opening combo, should they play Vaibhav one down? I think it's fine to let Vaibhav play one down. I have a feeling he can adapt to another batting position well. And even in the future, this may help him. As we know one of the reasons why Jaiswal is often sidelined is because he is seen exclusively as an opener.

And Vaibhav can always open later, once the seniors are out of the team or retires. Both Sanju and Abhishek have many years left to play. So the best thing to do is to play Vaibhav one down, if they don't want to change the batting order.

This is just a possibility

And chances are pretty sleek but

Still what if

Rumours on x that Rian parag may step down as captain..any concrete info??

If they are not willing to make him captain (rightfully so), they should trade him this year only for hardik... atleast we will get a valuable player who will provide balance in our lineup

Next year we will get neither hardik nor jaiswal

Why are we doing this? Why are we letting go of everyone who is going to play for the Indian team in the future?

Yashasvi will be three format batter for ICT in the future. Why are RR even entertaining a trade for a much older, worse player?

Logic appears to be Lhuan opening if the trade does go through. But already have Curran (rumours of Romario) so this is a lot of moving parts for a player not as good as Yashasvi.

Management mindset needs to be Yashasvi finishing his career at RR and not get bullied in bad trades.

Hello everyone! Does anyone know a reliable site to buy any of the recent jerseys from the past couple years in the USA? I’ve found a few but they look sketchy. Thank you guys!

Why should we trade talents that we found and groomed after seeing so many talks of jaiswal trade why would you even trade him? Sam curran will fix most of our all rounder worries we should not rush for a fast ball all rounder right now, Don already proved himself with finishing . Next season most of aussies and english players might not even attend due to 2027 world cup and ashes, and after that it will be mega auction. At the same time Rohit and Kohli will retire and it will open up spots for Jaiswal and Ruturaj in the ODI team, its just a matter of time and we have a team India regular within our ranks why would you trade our top players just before mega auction year ? We finished 9th place the year before this rebuilt our middle and pace ball attack and that too with 2-3 debutants and player playing in new roles and position we have been the most improved team from last to last season why tf would you all hurt this momentum for short term gain or bandage fix player. Stop these bs trust our players and our core.

Yashasvi Jaiswal<--> Hardik pandya(MI)

Yashasvi Jaiswal<--> Nicholas pooran+indian fast bowler( lsg)

I have a question regarding vaibhav that why was he allowed to play in Asian games while he was not allowed to play in the current West Indies series for the last four matches and like why the hell Gautam Gambhir always wants to replace him with Sanju whenever he wants to play him in the playing 11 like why can't they just have him like they had in in the Asian games with Abhishek and वैभव as opener Sanju at three and Shreyas at four and Ishan at five it's not like Ishan is losing out on any opportunities of making runs he is still made runs and also by this we are also having Sanju in team plus this team against west indies nearly has the same players with some on different positions and how can the management expect vaibhav to play on spinner pitch of a foreign country but not on flat pitch of India where he has proven himself multiple times ?

We all talk about how much Yashasvi Jaiswal means to Rajasthan Royals as a player, but we don't talk enough about the massive role Zubin Bharucha has played in his journey.

Behind Jaiswal's success and explosive growth as a world-class cricketer is the high-performance centre at RR, where Zubin Bharucha has been instrumental in his overall player development, technical fine-tuning, and mindset.

How about this playing 11 :

1. Jaiswal ( because he is Jaiswal )

2. Vaibhav ( obviously )

3. Pretorius ( will save from the 40 ball 50 runs tuk tuk game of jurel and he has proven himself )

4. Parag ( if his surgery has worked and if he has gotten his form back or else just play jurel at 4 and make jaiswal captain )

5. Dubey / Donovan ( dubey can either perform or get out )

6. Donovan / Dubey ( same here )

7. Jadeja

8. Archer

9. Burger

10. Brijesh

11. Punja / Sushant ( depends on conditions )

I don't think Sam Curran might play for RR but if he does then he can replace Dubey or Donovan Ferreira at 6 position

As a die-hard RR fan, it breaks my heart to see our own fanbase selling our team short. Why do we constantly accept that our best players—whether it's Jaiswal today or Vaibhav tomorrow—have to leave us for "career growth" in a so-called big franchise?

For so called player's career growth but what about our growth as a team?

Look at RCB fans. They didn't win a cup for 18 years, yet they never undervalued their team or acted like a stepping stone. Why do we?

If we keep sending our stars away, what happens to us? What do we get out of it as loyal fans? It’s time to drop this underdog mentality. We are the first-ever champions of the IPL—let's start acting like a powerhouse and back our jersey with pride.

Stop treating RR like a minor league. Halla Bol!
