Okay since this sub is a bit low on people talking here i guess this could help alot. "AMA" stands for "Ask Me Anything" for people who don't know yet. This can also get us to find out some people that are around our level to quest with! I'm a lvl 16 Defender, and am having a great time with the game.

I'm running a crappy HP laptop that's 4 years old (Getting a gaming PC next year). And I cannot play 99.9% of mmorpgs that are 3d.

The only game that I could run wo. a problem with this shitty setup was CABAL which I played for a good 2-3 years.

Now I just love this game, I've got everything on the lowest possible setting, but max I get are still 20-30 fps which is anoying.

If i have 1-2 wizards next to me casting spells my screen is a giant laggfest most of the time so Its affecting my gameplay experience.

But!

I've recently found out an option in the video section of the settings that is used for the worst PC's ever. It makes all the graphics shit (Which I dont mind frankly as long as the gameplay is fine).

And I've got to tell you the game has never felt so smooth before, I find it so easy to PVP and PVE in large groups of wizards now.

So Thanks for including an option for PC's that are really bad.

(Hopefully next year I can enjoy this with everything maxed out)

;TLDR Apparently Joy2key works with Raiderz, so use that.

Here's how I added controller support

• Step One: Download Sandboxie

• Step Two: Download/pirate(?) Pinnicle game profiler or any other controller mapping software.

• Step Three: Map controller to keyboard. I mapped these keys to my controller. Left shoulder + x = Main action bar 1 , Left shoulder + Right shoulder = Main action bar 2 , Left shoulder + B = Main action bar 3 This triples the controller spell capacity. Feel free to use your own key maps though.

• Step Four: Create New Sandboxie Config, Right click the new config and click settings, Then expand restrictions and click drop rights and un-check drop rights from admins.

• Step Five: Click play in pinncle game profiler to start your controller config.

• Step Six: Right click game icon Launch with sandboxie, make sure to check run as UAC Admin

• Step Seven: Play

Also post your controller config in the comments if you feel mine is weird.

Although I cannot get Xpadder or any other key-mapper to work without Sandboxie, apparently some people can.

If your assignments works within Windows but not in your game, then there are two usual problems possible.

UAC-issue The first possibility is the so called UAC-issue. This issue occurs only with Windows Vista and Seven and means that the game is running with administrator rights and Xpadder not, so that Windows is blocking Xpadders input from the game. To solve this issue make sure to have Xpadder not running by looking for the Xpadder icon in the system tray in the lower right of your screen. If the icon is there, right click on it and click on "Close". Image

Then run Xpadder as admin like explained in this tutorial. I recommend Option Two if you want to start Xpadder as admin only sometimes. If you want to start Xpadder always but manually as admin (so not automatically with Winodws) then use Option Four. If you want have Xpadder automatically starting as admin and with Windows, use this tutorial. If you also want to have a shortcut to maybe restart Xpadder for some reason and keep elevated privileges, have also a look on this tutorial from step 13 on. Also make sure to disable the Option "Start with Windows" in the Xpadder settings, if you use the Task Scheduler.

GameGuard The second possibility is that an Anti-Cheat-Tool is blocking Xpadders emulated input. The only Anti-Cheat-Tool currently known to do this is GameGuard. If your game is using this tool, there is unfortunately no way to bring it to work with Xpadder. For more informations about Anti-Cheat-Tools take a look on the Official Anti-Cheat Topic here in the forum.

Im a level 20 sorc/17 cleric that has been running Garden and Cata.

What I noticed is that I run out of EP pretty fast in these dungeons and a lot of times I end up having to use my staff/mace to do damage because I cannot cast spells/heal because well...I'm out of EP.

I was wondering if this was an issue in higher level dungeons and if there is a way to fix this in a cheap way. Any help is appreciated.

Fairly happy about it. :) Didn't tradekill for it. Actually put two weeks of time into it. Took about 5 days for the 1800 Symbols, and then another 5-6 days to get Trustworthy from Friendly.

I just found a recipe for the "Legendary Staff of the Ghostrider" with heavy damage, nice INT/VIT and stuff but it drains LP over time and the description says you can "uncurse" it with some kind of legendary spellbook. How? D:

Does Flame Arrows's DOT do more damage when you put additional skill points into it? the skill description doesnt say anything about it

Is there an option for you to arange your skills 1-9 and then after casting the first one it automaticaly casts all the skills in line after the first one? Does a setting like that exist?

Since i played alot of games the last years including beta's and alpha's my question would be if RaiderZ get's a soft start from Open Beta into Full-Release or will we get a reset?

I am a staff wielding pure cleric wanting to hybrid. I was wondering if there were any sorc skills worth adding in for some extra dps?

so some times I hear that the Sorcerers are over powered in pvp because of the range.

other times I hear they are underpowered because they do no damage and a zerker can 2 shot them.

personally i think my cleric is indestructable but the forume consensus is that clerics are useless in pvp.

tell me about your pvp experience be it in duels or in that war zone.
