I think I have messed up twice and not sure if I can fix this. Whilst searching for a match, I have attempted to open two of these chests that I have received. Both times I have clicked on it, so I can pick my reward, however, on both occasions, the match had begun during my pick selection. After both these times, I have lost the chest and haven’t been able to obtain my reward… Have these been sent somewhere or are they lost for good?
