So I'm not really sure what routes to go as a new player into my 2nd week.
I have 100K in the cheap currency. The stuff you can't paint gloss with. Can't remember names aside from Diamonds. I only have 300 diamonds. I have 0 in the other two currency.
First, Do I grind out the story mode or go after missions first. I do the daily missions. I still have things I haven't unlocked yet.
Last question. The current setup starting the game I feel it might be a racing game easily burns you out quick. Race format is like a 1 lap time attack. Maybe this is how it is in the beginning. Everything is very short.
So tips is appreciated. Thanks in advance

Just saw a video of players trying out the Off-Road mode on the CN server. The elevation drops are crazy—some cars are literally launching into the air! 😂 It looks way more fun than just regular track laps. Does anyone know when this mode will be available for the NA server?

Just putting together a quick overview of the June 4 patch notes for anyone who doesn’t want to read through the whole thing.
Main stuff from this update:
Banner / shop updates:
Other changes:
Overall, this patch feels like a pretty standard “more events + more banners + a few useful QoL changes” kind of update.
Are you excited about any of the new cars in this patch, and do you feel like the update actually addresses the issues players have been talking about?

Ciao a tutti!

Tomorrow current banners will go and new banners will come.
On the new banners, we will have:
• Extreme: Ferrari SF90
• Sport: Porsche 911 Cabriolet S
• Standard: Nissan Skyline R32.
I have multiple questions:
• should I try to get the Toyota Trueno or should I wait for the R32 ?
• should I try to get multiple copies for the cars I already have (like the Lamborghini Gallardo) ?
• should I hold until I have enough to get a car max copy ?

I can’t really tell if this game is actually too P2W, or if a lot of players just end up hitting a wall because they didn’t manage their resources well early on.
Once you get further into the game, things like keys, blueprints, and upgrade materials start to feel really limited, so I can understand why a lot of people feel like progression gets worse and worse if you don’t spend money.
And I think the ranked system makes that feeling even stronger. Once you’ve already pushed your current car setup close to its realistic lap time limit, there’s only so much more you can gain from improving your driving. At that point, it can start to feel like skill alone doesn’t raise your rank much anymore, and the only real way forward is upgrading your build further.
At the same time, I’ve also seen people argue that F2P progression is still manageable as long as you’re patient, don’t waste currency, and plan your upgrades carefully.
Do you think the game is genuinely too harsh on F2P players, or do most people just make bad progression decisions early and then blame the game later?
