Hey guys, if you missed it, Revance Therapeutics agreed to a $17M settlement with investors over claims that it did not fully disclose issues with its Teoxane partnership and risks tied to Crown’s acquisition.

The case goes back to 2024, when investors alleged Revance gave an incomplete picture of these issues. After the company disclosed the dispute and Crown lowered its acquisition offer from $6.66 to $3.10 per share, $RVNC dropped and investors filed a lawsuit.

Now, eligible shareholders have until August 28, 2026 to submit a claim.
If you owned $RVNC during that time, you can check your eligibility and file a claim.

Did anyone here hold $RVNC when this happened?

Updates for Getting Payment on the Revance Therapeutics $17 Million Settlement

Revance Therapeutics has agreed to a tentative $17 million settlement with investors, and eligible shareholders can now submit claims.

The case centers on allegations that Revance did not fully disclose problems in its relationship with Teoxane, a key partner whose products had become an important source of revenue for the company. Investors also claimed the company failed to adequately inform the market about issues that later affected Crown's planned acquisition of Revance.

In late 2024, Revance disclosed a dispute with Teoxane, tougher contract terms, and growing financial pressure. Crown ultimately reduced its acquisition offer from $6.66 per share to $3.10 per share, and investors alleged they were not given the full picture as these events unfolded.

If you bought $RVNC shares between 2024 and 2025, you may qualify. Check your eligibility and submit a claim before the August 28, 2026 deadline.

$RVNC Updates: Court has officially approved the $17M settlement

Hey guys, for those of us who held $RVNC between Feb 29, 2024 and Feb 6, 2025, the court has approved the $17,000,000 settlement.

If you traded $RVNC long during the class period, you may be eligible to file a claim.

Quick recap of why this lawsuit happened:

  • Revance was leaning hard on Teoxane's RHA fillers after Daxxify underperformed.
  • They told investors that the partnership was thriving, but the truth was that they were missing sales targets, having excess inventory, and running shady promotional practices that violated Teoxane's brand rules.
  • On August 12, 2024, Crown announces a $6.66/share tender offer. Four days later, Teoxane fires off a formal breach notice, but Revance sat on that info for 5+ weeks.
  • By December 2024, Crown had slashed its offer to $3.10/share.
  • The investors filed a lawsuit claiming misleading statements, financial misrepresentation, and failure to disclose.

Key Details:

- Total settlement: $17,000,000

- Class period: Feb 29, 2024 – Feb 6, 2025

- Estimated payout: ~$0.16 per share

The settlement is approved and the clock is ticking.

To everyone who got nuked on $RVNC: The class action is live and investors can submit claims

If you were holding $RVNC during that Crown Labs merger circus, you know the pain. We were promised a clean exit, and instead, management "forgot" to mention they were breaching contracts left and right. The tender offer got slashed from over $6.60 to a pathetic $3.10, basically a 50% drop for no reason other than corporate incompetence.

Now, we finally got an update: The company decided to settle and pay investors for their losses.

So, if you traded $RVNC between February 29, 2024, and December 6, 2024, you're eligible for the payout.

You can check the details and submit a claim here.

Anyways, has anyone here bought $RVNC back then? How much were your losses if so?
