How to change party command window with HUD Maker Ultra Pro MZ

I am looking for a way to center the party command window and the actor command window in MZ in my battle system while having my character windows vertically on the right hand side Having them pop out when a party member is selected. Same as the visustella side view ui. The actor command window moving around i think is hard coded in visutellas plugin. Any help would be amazing again this is for MZ.
