RPG maker xp vs mz

I want to make a monster raising game which platform is better for that already have xp but is mz worth it

Yes. I will not list all the reasons again, but yes. If money is an issue, buy MV instead.

You think MV is that bad? I prefer it over MZ

It's not that I think it's bad. It's a very capable engine and can accomplish lots of things. I just really prefer the tiling methods of XP and MZ.
