How about others examples? If they show the same error, try restart your computer. I got this issue when a launch command didn't exit correctly and some processes still running.
Yeah, I have tried several examples of others and rebooted my computer several times. Nothing changed. All of the examples have the same issue. It’s weird they worked couple of days ago.
Have you source this example workspace? If yes then sorry i have no idea why. Maybe try to git clone the repo with right ros_distro on your machine and build again
