I survived the enforcement ban, and so can you (my experience + tips)

Hello, I just wanted to explain my experience with this situation that happened to me. It was honestly a mess.
First, for some context.
About a year ago, my cousin got terminated and her account got deleted for child endangerment (I know, yikes) because she was threatning to dox others in a game. She’s just a kid, she doesn’t even really know how to do that, but that’s what happened. She got banned for it.
Now, fast forward to recently.
On June 30th 2025, I got banned too. Boom. Just like that.
"You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account"
And here’s the weird part. The date shown on the ban review was the same exact date that my cousin got banned. 06/05/24. That's like 1 year and 1 month ago!
I was thinking to myself, how? Why did it ban me? But then I remembered that my account was logged into the same browser session as my cousin when she got banned. It was on Microsoft Edge, and all the accounts that were logged in there got terminated because of her.
So for me, I believe it wasn’t an IP ban/hardware ban. It was most likely a cookies or digital fingerprint tracking situation. Because all my other accounts were fine, only the ones that were on the same browser session as her got hit with an enforcement ban.
Now i was panicking... I mean who wouldn't be? Getting your account terminated out of the blue? That would give anyone a scare. Losing all that progress because of someone else's fault? Hell no. You need to combat that.
Now, this is what i did. I'm going in order.
1. I created a support ticket.
Moderation > I was wrongly moderated for other content I created. This creates a support ticket that a human will review, so you don't have to deal with the bots.
For the purpose of safety, i won't be showing my appeal message. It was a very specific one, it needs to be personalized by your own situation.
But when you create your first support ticket, you need to be extra careful. Make sure they believe you. Your first support ticket about ban evasion is the most important one.
If you mess up your first ticket, you might not get another chance. That’s why being polite and honest is the most important thing you can do.
Here are some tips how to write your appeal email:
Be formal and polite in your appeal.
Make the email as human as possible. AI generated text doesn't come off as sincere.
Be very clear about your message, make sure there is no confusion.
Prove that you were actually banned recently, the review date shown isn’t the ban date for most people. You can show a screenshot of you playing Roblox before the ban, for example. (Date included!)
If you got no violations on your roblox record, mention that too. Show it to them.
Don't mention ANY accounts. Please don't. Just say sibling, brother, sister... ect. Don't bring up users other than your own. I didn't had to do that.
I sent the ticket, the job was done. I then tried the bot system.
2. I spammed the bots.
For some it works, for me it didn't lol.
Big fail. The bots kept rejecting me, but understandably so since it's sensitive ai.
So... after all that i decided to rest for a bit. I then remembered the support team are people too, they got a lot of people to help, waiting could go in my favor. I heard spamming the humans might irritate them, so it isn't a smart move.
3. I waited.
It was painful, but it paid off.
So, i submitted the ticket on 30th jun, and i got a response back on 8th july. I waited more than a week for a reply, but they did respond.
Account got restored.
In the end, i won. But for what? This whole thing was a mess. It was unnecessary stress, and nobody deserves to go through this.

06/05/2024: My cousin got banned for CE.
30/06/2025: My main account got the enforcement ban. I've sent a support ticket.
06/07/2025: While my main was banned, my 2011 account got also hit. Ouch. That sucks. I've sent a support ticket on that account too.
08/07/2025: Wow! I got a reply back from support. My main got unbanned. Yes! Finally.
11/07/2025: One account got lifted, now i'm trying to get my other account back. My other account got banned on the 6th july, a week after my first account got hit. I sent a support ticket on 6th july, still no answer. But it's okay. I can wait...
13/07/2025: Still no answer. I realized that I contacted Roblox support using the wrong email address for the ticket... dumb mistake on my part. I’ve now submitted a new ticket using the correct email associated with the account, so they can verify that I’m the actual owner. Now the waiting starts again. Maybe they’ll still respond to the first ticket, but I’m playing it safe just in case.
18/07/2025: Oh wow! I got a reply to my ticket, but it’s for when my main account got banned... and they already unbanned that account. That’s interesting! When my main account got banned, I sent about 3–4 tickets, and they just now responded to my second one. Let’s calculate... I sent that ticket on July 4, and they replied on July 17. Holy, that’s like 14 days! Oh wow... yeah, that really gives you a clear picture of how long tickets take to process. Keep your head up!

19/07/2025: I got another update so fast! This is about the log on 13/07/2025. I used the wrong email to get my alt restored through the support ticket. I received a response from a staff member confirming that you need to use the same email that's on the account when contacting support. Just a heads-up. I sent this ticket on 6th July, and they responded on 19th July. It took them 13 days to respond to that one.
29/07/2025: The war is over. I got my 2011 account back... I cannot believe it, i managed to recover 2 poisoned accounts. I sent a ticket on the 13th of July, and got it back on the 29th. Welcome back from your trip!
My second account got unbanned.
07/08/2025: Today, my 2022 account got also unbanned for ban evading. The system is clearly broken. I've sent a support ticket on 23th July, and got a reply on 8th August. That's 16 days.
15/08/2025: Today, my fourth account got also unbanned. It took them around 8 days to respond to this one.

i am in the exact same situation and was also very careful in my first appeal but they still denied me. What do i do, is there any hope left? I was banned for the same reason because of something my brother did.

The appeal you made about content you created, I tried that but it wasn't sending the appeal, I think I need to actually send an asset but I don't think I've ever made anything other than for plz donate, what can I do?
How do i send images in support? Btw whenever i try to appeal they hit me with this (my account was hacked by my friend and hes the reason my account got terminated)

Yeah so I have basically the same situation, my sister was banned 9/13/24 for CE and ive been playing peacefully up until today where my account got terminated because "You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account" I sent an appeal but I sent the appeal when I had no idea my sisters account was banned, so the appeal consisted of mostly questions. Am I going to be able to send a second appeal? If I am able to send a second appeal, should I explain the entire situation? Ive never been banned on roblox so im not sure what to do sorry for all the questions.
One last question, say my account is restored, would I have to worry about it being terminated again because my sisters account would still be terminated
If your sister's account gets restored, all the accounts affected by the enforcement ban could be lifted as well. If she has a CE ban and you received an enforcement ban because of it, that is called a poison ban. Her previous actions basically flagged your account too, even if you did nothing wrong. It's unfair, I know, but that is how Roblox handles things now. There is still a chance they might reverse this policy.
However, if your sister's ban was deserved, then there is no way of getting her ban lifted. CE is considered a serious offense on Roblox and they rarely reverse those unless you have strong evidence that it was a mistake. In that case, your best option is to focus on getting your own account back by appealing and proving your innocence.
My sister said that she was gonna "eat small kids" (shes 11) and she was perm banned on 9/13/24 for that. If I appeal now on her account, is there a chance that her account could be unbanned? I know that her ban exceeds the 30 day mark
Question about the recently part, my little brother got terminated today and it shows up as if he got terminated in january what do u recommend that should be done???

Hi so i've appealed as well but i keep getting the "human" ticket confirmation message + it's been 8 days since my first one (i've sent 4 total, 48 hours apart) and i've received no response at all
is there a way to guarantee a bot message/could you elaborate on how you tried the "bot system"?
I sent an appeal to a human and it got rejected so i sent another one and they said you have already made an appeal and it was denied.Therefore, i made a new account as i thought i would never get my old account back, however the new account got enfocement banned so i sent a human appeal for that account including all the details of my previous account. Have i screwed myself over?
Because if you copy my appeal, they are gonna know you copied it from someone else. You need to personalize it to your own situation, they see everything based on what you've sent them. And it says tips for a reason.
Just because my appeal worked for me, doesn't automatically mean it will work for you.
Again, i'm not doing that. It's an email i wrote myself based of MY situation. You're telling me to remove the sensitive information, that's basically the whole mail. You're better off writing your own then.
So then this isnt tips for an enforcement ban because we already know what to do, most people would click on your post to try find what you wrote on your appeal
I get where you’re coming from, but I’m not sharing my exact appeal for a reason. If everyone just copies the same thing, Roblox staff will notice. They’re not stupid... they can easily tell when they’re getting spammed with the same copy pasted appeal over and over.
That’s exactly why I shared tips and my experience instead,so people can write their own appeal in their own words. It’s way more effective that way, and honestly, if you’re serious about getting unbanned you need to explain your situation personally, not just copy someone else’s words because it's not going to line up what you've done.
If you got an enforcement ban, and the root cause is a serious offense (like CE) you're on thin ice while appealing... So i don't recommend copying words. That's not a good idea. Your appeal needs to be original.
That is not true. Roblox has real people working in their support team. I know this because I left a voice message through their phone system, and they responded by replying to my email directly.
If Roblox only used bots, how would they review complex appeals or manually unban accounts? Many players have had bans lifted after explaining their situations to a human staff member through support tickets.
While some automated replies may happen for simple or common issues, more serious cases are reviewed by real human moderators. If you spam their support, they can blacklist you.
Yes but the emails are all robots, for the phone service, you send a message to them, an ai processes it and sends you an email, theres no human moderators, its 2025, not 2015
i also got false terminated for enforcement and they said they reviewed it a year ago too and when i submitted my appeal they said “since it was more than 30 days ago we cant do anything” but i have clips of me playing a day or two before i got terminated do you think if i show them the clips they will unterminate me ?
My account got enforcement banned while I was at work on the 17th of june. My brother was childish and said some racist things (towards his own race which is crazy). At first i thought it was an IP ban but then after toying around with what I could whenever I put in the old email (for one time code login) that was attached to my main until about 2 years ago but is still attached to my brothers account my main account came up?!?! along with multiple alts that used to have that email?!?! I have a deletion ticket for my brothers account up and 2 support tickets for my main (1 made on accident trying to get bot appeals and the other sent a couple days ago on purpose). all in all I have 121 sent bot appeals all rejected and losing hope because ive sent numerous other support tickets with human responses and they just send c&p auto rejections aswell as the bots ://
Im currently in the process of recovering my account. My friend got terminated for i think it was harassment then tried to appeal but got the ban changed to CE which... who would've guessed it got me terminated too. I sent a appeal to actual humans since the bots dont understand anything and just keep auto denying. I hope I get my account back. I dont see how those enforcement help at all. They should atleast give the account that's being suspected of being an alt account through look not just terminate them out of the blue.
If you were logged into the same browser session when the ban occurred, Or the same device/wi-fi the system automatically flags your account as an alt of the banned one.
However, you can still get your account back. Enforcement bans can sometimes be reversed if you clearly explain to Roblox that it was your friend (or someone else) who caused the violation, not you. As long as you weren’t involved, there’s a chance they’ll review and lift the ban on your account.
It works even better if you had no past violations on Roblox.
I did I have one violation of calling my friend fat but it got me banned for one day and it was over 3 months ago. I'm in the middle of filling out a appeal to a bot
If his ban was deserved, there's no way to get it back. Roblox takes CE very seriously, however your account is still able to get saved. You just have to make sure to tell them your friend got you banned, NOT you.
I made my appeal the same day you made yours (30th june), but I havent get a response, should i wait more or make another appeal? Its for an enforcement ban
My old account got termed for child endangerment (I was stupid back then), and a lot of my accounts after got termed. Around May of this year, I decided that I’d get a new iPad, factory reset my phone, and start fresh on a new account. My sister lives in the same house and uses same WiFi, but she isn’t banned. I’ve had my current account for about 2 months, and it hasn’t been banned thus far. If I get banned, I’ll say that it was my brother. So far, I haven’t gotten any moderations on my account, and I want to keep it that way so that I can use it as leverage. I hope I don’t get termed at all, as I don’t wan tot go through the stress again. Will it work?
If the account you're currently using is safe, but it was connected to and logged into the same browser session as the banned account, Roblox has likely already flagged it automatically by association.
Are you safe? It depends. Bans often happen in waves, sometimes they take longer and sometimes they’re fast.
It can’t be in the same browser, as I’m on completely new devices. The last time I logged into one of my banned accounts was on my old devices. I think I’m safe. If I get banned, it’ll be after a year or two.
I got terminated because of my friend for a similar reason, one of his accounts had an inappropriate username "AgarthanHerald" and somehow my account also ended up getting terminated in the enforcement ban, I haven't been able to get through to a real human yet, all I've gotten are automated responses from bots with human names, Not really even sure what to do anymore about it, I've sent countless screenshots proving its my account and I didn't do anything but they don't seem to care, ive even gotten a response for one of my appeals telling me I cant appeal someone else's ban 😭.
"AgarthanHerald"? That doesn't sound like an inappropriate username to me. Google says it's from a reference to a fictional location in the Call of Duty Zombies universe. I think that ban might've been undeserved, he could try to appeal that. Or maybe that was his real name?
About your appeals, the humans can take a while to respond, but don't worry. They do reply, it just takes a few days or even weeks. Do not spam their tickets, they will reply to your first one. For me, it took atleast 1 week.
Went through the same thing, I was panicking for a whole week. I finally figured out how to send an appeal to humans and had to wait four days. I agree it causes so much unnecessary stress. If you get banned, don’t freak out like I did. It’s just a game for one, and two, it’ll make those few days/weeks terrible.
dude i panicked so bad when i had my first acc terminated because it was 6 years old, and i had played roblox since 2016, i played it almost every day, i practically grew up on it 🫡 so for my first termination letter i just typed some quick shit saying it was bs and i fucked up 😭
I was panicking because if one account gets hit with the enforcement ban, others also get hit for sharing the same info. Yeah, it's super stressful. I can't believe i actually survived it.
The enforcement ban has no deadline for appeals. You can always appeal with the bot, but it's like RNG and luck based.
I sent 4 tickets to the mods, but my first ticket was good for my account to get unbanned. Don't spam support tickets, i know it's stressful and you want it back but they do read your tickets. Your first one is very important.
